Sept 18/23 – Best Bets

Julio Rodríguez o1.5 Total Bases (-105) via Bovada

Julio Rodríguez is batting 0.389 with 11 home runs in his L30 games.

Mr. Automatic. That’s who he’s been for this Mariner’s team this season.

Rodríguez is batting 0.286 in his L5 games, while batting 0.400 vs the A’s this season.

In seven matchups with with the A’s this season, he’s recorded 7 singles, 4 doubles, and a home run; but not a single one of his hits have come in Oakland.

Across two games this season in Oakland, he’s 0/8 with 3 strikeouts and 2 walks. He’s so due.

Julio’s also batting 0.289 on the road and an insane 0.389 over his L30 games. He’s a career 0.273 vs Sears with 3 hits on 11 ABs.

JP Sears has a 4.76 ERA at home this season and it’s jumped to 5.33 over his L5 games, with 5 HRs allowed. He’s giving up 1.77 HR/9 and 8.51 hits/9.

With the Mariners currently sitting outside a Wild Card spot, look for Rodríguez to respond.

Royce Lewis plays his first game at Great America Ballpark today.

Rookie, Royce Lewis, is batting 0.310 with 14 home runs in just 56 games this season. He’s been performing well over expectations and a big reason this Twins team is primed to win the AL Central.

In his L5 games he’s batting 0.353 with 2 HRs, 4 runs scored, and 7 RBIs. He’s batting 0.378 on the road and 0.306 vs righties. The weather looks great in Cincinnati and this is Lewis’ first game at Great America Ballpark.
