It's a huge Tuesday in the College Hoops world, perhaps even earning the name "Super Tuesday" given to slates like this during the regular season. We are blessed with some Power Five conference tournaments beginning today, as well as five mid major conference championships, as five lucky teams look to punch their ticket to the Big Dance. Let's check out what our CBB experts found on today's slate and take a peek at their favorite NCAA Basketball picks.

Best NCAA Basketball Picks and Predictions March 10

Santa Clara Broncos vs. #12 Gonzaga Bulldogs NCAA Basketball Picks

Christian Hammond leads the Broncos with over 15 points per game on nearly 40% shooting from deep - NCAA Basketball Picks

Christian Hammond leads the Broncos with over 15 points per game on nearly 40% shooting from deep

Best Bets: Santa Clara +7.5 (-110) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

In the West Coast Conference Championship game, I am backing the Broncos to cover the spread. They might even win outright, they need this game more. After last night's upset over Saint Mary's, Santa Clara is listed third on Joe Lunardi's list of "Last Four Byes", meaning they would comfortably be in the tournament. However, they can leave no doubt and be the WCC's automatic qualifier with a victory tonight.

They lost to Gonzaga twice this year, by 12 on the road after being tied at halftime, and by eight in their own gym. They covered the 17.5 point spread on the road, but failed to do so as 4.5 point underdogs at home. Regardless, they do a lot of things right on both sides of the ball, and I could see them catching the Zags sleeping. Gonzaga is in the tourney no matter what, and likely are locked in to a three or four seed. There is very little room for them to move up, but plenty of opportunity for them to be knocked down with a loss, which I could certainly see happening.

I think the Broncos are able to compete and keep this one within the 7.5 point spread that we are seeing.

Kansas State Wildcats vs. BYU Cougars NCAA Basketball Picks

Robert Wright and BYU have a long path to the Big 12 Championship - NCAA Basketball Picks

Robert Wright and BYU have a long path to the Big 12 Championship

Best Bet: BYU -10.5 (-108) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

We are backing BYU to cover this larger spread. Will they coast in the second half to save their legs? It's completely possible. But they already beat this team in Manhattan by 10 as 7.5 point favorites, and the Wildcats are a corpse. They finished second to last in the Big 12, and BYU has plenty to prove. This team was ranked all year long, but thanks to the injury bug and some losses down the stretch, they are unranked and have to play an extra day in this conference tournament.

BYU will push the pace, and Kansas State will run with them, giving the Cougars more opportunities to score and cover this number. The Wildcats offense will not be able to keep up.

Oklahoma State Cowboys vs. Colorado Buffaloes NCAA Basketball Picks

Anthony Roy shoots 39.5% from downtown and scores 16.7 points per game, leading the Cowboys - NCAA Basketball Picks

Anthony Roy shoots 39.5% from downtown and scores 16.7 points per game, leading the Cowboys

Best Bet: Oklahoma State/Colorado Over 163.5 (-110) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

We are backing this over in the final Big 12 conference tournament game of the evening. While the first meeting soared under the total, things will be different on a neutral court. Colorado will not be able to slow things down, and the Cowboys love to speed up the tempo of their games.

Colorado already ranks top 110 in terms of pace in the country, and Oklahoma State is in the top 10. We are going to see at least 70 possessions in this game, probably closer to 75. Plus, most advanced analytics have this going over comfortably, ending at 169 total points. Now, the total has dropped from it's opener at 167.5, all the way down to 162.5 where we finally saw some buy back.

It looks to be settling right around the 164.5 mark, which hopefully means our CLV will be enough to cash this bet. The Buffs are bottom 100 in opponent eFG% and Oklahoma State is a team that ranks top 70 in FT Rate offense. Expect plenty of trips to the free throw line, resulting in plenty of points with the clock stopped.
