The Rockies and Giants are squaring off for one more contest before the All Star Weekend! We've got one last showdown before the big weekend, and we've got our prediction and best bets for the game tonight.
These two NL West rivals already played a three game series at Coors Field in early June. Unfortunately for the Rockies, they were swept by the Giants. The did put up a fight in the last two games of that series, so there was a little bit of life.
Fast forward to this series, and the Rockies actually took game one on the road against the Giants 5-2. San Francisco would respond and win the game last night, leaving this series all tied up with one game to go!

Rockies vs Giants Prediction & Best Bets
I think the Giants take this one going into the weekend. The Rockies continue to fall in the NL West while the Giants are just 3.5 games out of 1st place. San Francisco has their eyes set on winning this division and making the playoffs.
That journey starts tonight by winning this game, and building a good foundation for the second half of the season.
With that being said, I do not think I will bet on a side on this one, as I don't see any value in the current numbers. With a low total at 7.5, I am a little scared of the runline, because I do think these two pitchers could come out a shove.
Regardless, here is a player prop I love in this one.

Logan Webb 7+ Strikeouts (+108) BetOnline
As always, do some line shopping and find the best line. I have seen this at +126 and even +140, so do your due diligence and a help yourself get an edge.
And of course in the spirit of transparency, a good friend of mine brought this play to my attention, and thank goodness he did. I started diving in and absolutely fell in love.
Logan Webb has gone over 5.5 Ks in 11/18 starts this season, and he ended with 6 on four separate occasions. Colorado strikes out 23.3% of the time against RHP, ranking 11th in league, and Webb is pitching great.
Last start, he had 11 strikeouts in just 6.2 innings. He has seen most of this Rockies team before, and the Giant's starter has struck out plenty of them, most even multiple times.
Webb pitches even better at home. He's had at least 5 Ks, in all 8 home starts, and he's posted at least 7+ in 5 of those 8 contests.
Nearly every game, Webb gets close to this number, so for some extra plus money, I love him to have a great outing before the All-Star Break.
