We have some early day baseball on Sunday before the All Star Break! The Rangers are in Washington D.C. taking on the Nationals on the last day before the big weekend!
We've looked at all the betting odds and came up with our prediction and best bets for today's match!
These two teams have both gotten a win in dominant fashion this series. The Rangers took down the Nationals 7-2 on Friday Night, but Washington bounced back yesterday winning 8-3.
Today, the Rangers will look to go into the break with some good momentum, while the last placed Nationals will take any win they can get.
We've got two of the bigger names on the mound, so this stand-alone game should be a fun one!

Very simple play in this one. We will back on of the most electric offenses in baseball, and fade Patrick Corbin.
The Pick: Rangers -1.5 (-135) Bovada
Normally I'm not interested in betting a runline for less than even money, and some would argue -135 is a little steep in this scenario.
However there is a first time for everything.
Patrick Corbin posts a 5.13 ERA and a 1.59 WHIP. The Rangers rank 1st in Hits, Runs, and OBP. I think they will have a field day with this guy.

Patrick Corbin over 6.5 Hits Allowed (-120) Bovada
Sticking with our fade of Corbin, I think the Rangers can notch 7 hits fairly easily.
Corbin goes over this number in 72% of starts this season. In his last start, Corbin allowed 10 hits in just 5 innings against the Reds.
He struggles to strike out batters, posting just 0.67 K/Inning.
This guy, going up against arguably the best offense in the league at this moment, seems a little too good to be true.
But we will take the bait and hope Corbin gets shelled.
