Red Sox vs Guardians Game Preview
After losing the first game of the series at home, the Guardians turned it on last night on their way to a 5-2 victory. The Red Sox took two of three from Cleveland last time these teams played, so the Guardians will look to even the season series tonight.
Both teams are sending out pitcher's without much experience this season.
The Red Sox are sending a reliever making his first career start, while the Guardians are sending out a guy coming off an injury.

Red Sox vs Guardians Best Bet
Although most of the stats would back the Red Sox, I find myself leaning with the Guardians here.
The uncertainty of bringing a reliever to the mound, mixed with the Guardians, who hit better at home, makes me think Cleveland will get the win in front of their home crowd.
Not to mention the Guards are starting Aaron Civale. He is coming back off of injury, but six days ago pitched 5 shutout innings, allowing just 4 hits and striking out the same number of batters. That was on the road.
I think he will be even more comfortable in his own ballpark.
Best Bet: Guardians -1.5 (+143) Caesar's
Player Props
Steven Kwan 2+ Hits (+180) BetMGM
You can find his 2+ Total Bases line at +120 if you think Kwan might only hit a double, but tonight I'm banking on him knocking two singles for us against Dermody.
Kwan is arguably in a bit of a slump. In his last 3 games, he's had 13 plate appearances with one walk and just one hit. Prior to that, he had 4 multi-hit games in his L10.
It's a bit of a gamble, but I'll take Kwan to get a couple base hits off of this new Red Sox pitcher.
At home, against a young arm, I think Kwan can get us here for +180.
Rafael Devers Over 1.5 Hits, Runs, RBIs (-155)
This line is only available on certain books, but if you can get it, I think it's worth the juice.
Devers hits this line in 53% of games this season, and he bats close to .300 against righties overall. Civale, a RHP, is coming off an injury and although he looked good last start, the Red Sox bats might give him some trouble.
Devers has hit this number in 5 of his L9, and he had 3 last night against Cleveland. Against the Guardians this year, he has soared over this line twice, 6 HRR and 3 HRR, and has two games with 1 HRR, meaning he is just short of the hump.
Today, I like offense in this one, and I think Devers will contribute towards it.
