The scheduling is always wild in the WNBA, so we have another two-game slate on our hands. The Seattle Storm will face the Dallas Wings, and the Minnesota Lynx will play the Phoenix Mercury. Both solid matchups and definitely some gems for us to find.
Dallas is definitely off to a better start than we would've thought and they have a good chance vs. Seattle. Minnesota is leading the West without their best player and will face the last team in the West. Some really good spots on that Lynx team.
I found a bunch of plays I like, but three I think we should dive into. Two of the plays are from the Lynx and the other one is from the Wings. All three ladies have been doing their jobs to start the season. Let's get into some of the WNBA Best Bets for Monday.
Check out the odds for this matchup and other WNBA games at the best online sportsbooks.
WNBA Best Bet #1: Olivia Miles 15 or more points (-115)

Minnesota Lynx guard Olivia Miles takes a pull up jump shot vs. the Wings earlier this season.
The rookie is off to a fantastic start and rookie of the year campaign. She's averaging 15 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds per game already. This kid is going to have a great career and can't wait to see how she plays with Napheesa Collier when she returns.
Minnesota is on a four-game winning streak, and this is a great spot to keep it going. Miles is coming off back-to-back games breaking the 15-point mark. This is a perfect spot for her to have another solid game vs. this Mercury team.
Her previous three games to her last two, Miles missed by 1 point in two of the games and 2 points in the third. She has been really consistent this season and is shooting 47% from the field. Give me her to continue her game and contribute her part.
WNBA Best Bet #2: Jessica Shepard 11 or more rebounds (-135)

Dallas Wings forward Jessica Shepard heads to the free throw line after a foul is called.
Shepard has been insane lately. She is coming off a 22-20-10 triple double, had double doubles in the previous two games and a triple double in the game before that. She is seriously absolutely crushing it right now for the Wings.
I like her presence down low and her physicality. She has hit this rebound line in her last three straight games and hit in four of her last five games. Shepard is playing like a women possessed out there.
Going up against a player like Dominque Malonga is never a given, but I think Shepard eats her up. She will battle for those boards vs. the second-year player for Seattle. Seattle also ranks in the bottom of the league for field goal percentage which should equate to rebound opportunities.

WNBA Best Bet #3: Natasha Howard 8 or more rebounds (-135)

Minnesota Lynx forward Natasha Howard lines up to take a free throw.
Howard is in her first year with the Lynx and making her presence felt. She has been getting some extra focus with Napheesa Collier sidelined. I'm sure the team is extremely happy with their pickup right now.
I like for her to get her rebounds in this game. She just missed with 7 rebounds in her last game but hit in her last two games. Minnesota ranks second in the league for rebounding and Howard is a big part of that.
Phoenix on the other hand ranks tenth and gives Minnesota more of an advantage. Natasha Mack and Alyssa Thomas on the Mercury will be grubbing, but Howard will get her eight. I don't mind her points as an extra play as she leads Minnesota in scoring.
