We are into the final match day for the group stages in the 2026 World Cup. A couple teams have nothing to play for today, while others are playing for their qualification into the knockout rounds.

We have some incredible value on the board, especially on some teams like England and Argentina who may see some light rotation due to injuries and some rest to their star players. Finally, we have an amazing matchup with Portugal facing off vs Colombia, which surely is the game of the day.

England come into today needing a win to guarantee their spot into the round of 32. They also need to win by more goals then Ghana might today to lock up the first spot in their group and secure an easier path going into the knockouts.

Jude Bellingham is, in my opinion, the second most influential attacker on this England side. He performs on the big stage and is always scoring and assist right behind Harry Kane. I expect England to score alot of goals today.  Only Harry Kane has had more goal involvements for England for the last couple of years, ill take the cut rate price on Jude compared to the -400 on Harry Kane.

Julian Alvarez has not gotten the playing time he would have wanted to start this world cup. He came into the event as one of the hottest commodities in the world with many clubs interested in purchasing him.

Messi will not be featuring today and I expect that Julian will start for the first time this World Cup. Because of the lack of Messi, I expect Julian to be on set pieces and potentially penalties as well here.

Jordan come into the competition as one of the weaker teams in the entire competition, even though Argentina have nothing really to play for I expect that Alvarez will want to make an impression on head coach Lionel Scaloni with a big time performance today

This is the game of the day, Portugal are a tough matchup but they have not looked incredible in the group stages. They have given up 8 shots in both of their games vs weaker competition and now expect that this Colombian side will be able to hit them on the counter attack with Diaz out wide.
