We have reached the final day of group stage matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Nine of our 12 groups have standings that are set in stone, and the Round of 32 bracket is filling out quickly! Today's matches still mean plenty to those involved, so let's look at the motivation going forward and dive into our favorite picks for Saturday!

Croatia vs. Ghana FIFA World Cup Picks
Luka Modric and Croatia probably need a positive result today against Ghana in order to move on to the Round of 32
Best Bet: Croatia/Ghana Under 2 (+112) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook
This match means a lot more for Croatia who are in danger of missing out on the Round of 32. As things currently sit, three points might not guarantee a spot in the next round, therefore a positive result against Ghana is very important.
With this extremely low total, I expect Ghana to sit back and defend as much as they can in this match, resulting in a low scoring contest. If we see a 2-0 or 1-1 result, so be it, I'll take the push for plus money. You can also pay some juice for the under 2.25, which would give you a win and a push if we saw exactly two goals.
Panama vs. England FIFA World Cup Picks
I will not be betting this game, but I certainly lean with England and the under 3.5 at (+119). The Brits need a win to secure the top spot in this group, and a draw puts them in danger of being jumped by either Ghana or Croatia. Part of me worries about England running up the score and netting too many of their own, so no play for me here.
Colombia vs. Portugal FIFA World Cup Picks

DR Congo vs. Uzbekistan FIFA World Cup Picks
Congo needs a win in order to end up with four points, like most of the other third place teams in this tournament. But with their stout goal differential, a win is likely enough to see them through to the next round. I certainly don't think Congo is going to run up the score, but I have liked what I've seen from this side against Portugal and Colombia, so facing Uzbekistan should feel very easier.
I have a strong lean with DR Congo on the ML at -160, and also don't hate the -1 (+117), but personally I can't quite get there.
Algeria vs. Austria FIFA World Cup Picks
Marcel Sabitzer and Austria have the advantage as they face Algeria tonight in Kansas City
This match has a very interesting scenario. Austria and Algeria are tied with three points, but Austria has the nod on goal differential. Whomever finishes second in this group, likely faces Spain, but whomever finishes third is either eliminated or has an "easier" Round of 32 matchup, potentially against Switzerland.
What was once thought to be a match neither wanted to win, has turned into an interesting contest, where a draw likely benefits both teams, and even a one goal Algeria win, would probably send both through.
No bets from me, just watching the chaos unfold. But we are rooting for Austria so that our exact dual for this group cashes at +145.
Jordan vs. Argentina FIFA World Cup Picks
Who knows what kind of lineup Argentina will put out, but I would guess they rotate plenty of their starters. They have already won the group, and this isn't a team who is worried about losing "momentum". Truthfully, Argentina needs to sit Lionel Messi and figure out if anyone else on this team can score.
I won't have a bet in this match, especially not before lineups are released. Jordan have scored in both of their contests already, will they be able to find one against Argentina's B team?
