This week's Prop Shop looks a little different. With more than a week to go before Super Bowl 60, we're leaning into the fun, party-friendly novelty props that usually spark more conversation than strategy. These aren't the plays you build a long-term bankroll on, but for one night a year, winning doesn't always have to be the point.
And just for transparency, we aren't going to count these "fun" bets as part of our season-long prop record. I'll have more in next week's article on actual game props, which will be factored into that season-long record.

Color of Gatorade Bath: Blue (Lucky Rebel, +240)
Yellow-green cashed last year when Nick Sirianni got the Gatorade bath after the Eagles' win, but the Super Bowl Gatorade color market hasn't exactly been consistent, with purple showing up in both 2023 and 2024. That makes Super Bowl 60 a good spot to look elsewhere, especially with both the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks having blue as a primary uniform/team color.
Blue is the second favorite at +240 and has hit three times in the last seven Super Bowls, so there's at least some history there. If you want to take a bigger swing, I think Clear at +700 is a fun long-shot option. Between straight-up water and lighter flavors like Glacier Cherry (my personal favorite), it wouldn't be shocking to see Clear cash.
Length of Charlie Puth's National Anthem: Under 121.5 seconds (Lucky Rebel, +120)
Charlie Puth will sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 60 with the timing set at 121.5 seconds. With Puth's vocals, I think the under 121.5 seconds is firmly in play at +120. His performances usually lean toward precision and tempo rather than drawn-out, dramatic effects, which matters in a market that's timed from the first lyric to the final note.
Recent Super Bowl national anthem results show how much range there can be. Jon Batiste's anthem performance pushed past the two-minute mark last year, while Reba McEntire delivered a much quicker version in 2024, clocking in at 1:34. If Puth keeps things clean and efficient, the under feels like the right side.
Coin Toss: Heads (Lucky Rebel, -105)
The coin toss is about as pure as it gets when it comes to Super Bowl novelty props, and sportsbooks treat it that way, with both heads and tails sitting at -105. There's no hidden edge here and no advanced strategy to uncover, which is honestly part of the appeal.
My personal approach for Super Bowl coin toss betting is simple. I flip a coin at home and let that decide the bet. Heads means heads, tails means tails. It's completely unscientific, but it keeps things light for a prop that really is a true 50/50. Just don't go crazy with it. This is a "coffee money" bet meant to get the party started.
