New Years Day is full of Bowl Games, but here we are talking about the ReliaQuest Bowl as the Wisconsin Badgers take on the LSU Tigers down in Tampa!
Now, Heisman Trophy winner Jayden Daniels will not play in this game as he preps for the NFL Draft, however the Tigers will still have their deadly receiving duo.
Both Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr. although projected as top picks in the draft are still playing in this Bowl Game. That is huge for the LSU Tigers.
Can Brian Kelly cap off this season with a bowl win? Or will the Badgers spoil their plans?

LSU is the highest scoring offense in the nation, but how well will they do without Daniels?
Even though Garrett Nussmeier will have both stud receivers, I still have a couple questions.
- How long will Nabers and Thomas Jr. play?
- Can we trust a guy that has just 33 Passing Attempts on the year?
I could easily see both wideouts for the Tigers not playing in the second half, or earlier.
Plus, this Wisconsin defense ranks 13th in points allowed, giving up less than 20 points per game. Now their offense barely scores 20, and LSU's defense isn't great, however, Wisconsin is very slow and I don't see either team moving the ball in chunks.
The Badgers D allows less than 200 passing yards per game, with that number dropping to 177 in their L3 and just 180 away from home. I don't expect Nussmeier to be able to do much, especially since that's who Wisconsin has been planning for.
Jayden Daniels produced over 75% of the Tigers offensive yards this season. Against this tough Badgers defense, I don't see them scoring as much as they're used to.

Tanner Mordecai Over 27.5 Rushing Yards (-115) Bovada
This guy isn't afraid to use his legs, and he's shown it recently.
In his last two games, he's posted 69 and 51 rushing yards, soaring over this line of 28+. Overall he's cleared in 5/9 this season, and he has a 10+ yard rush in 7 games this season.
He averages 34 rushing yards on 8.6 attempts this season, and the LSU defense has struggled to contain run-heavy QBs.
- Jalen Milroe: 20 attempts for 155 yards and 2 TDs
- Jaxson Dart: 7 attempts for 50 yards and a TD
- Jordan Travis: 7 attempts for 38 yards and a TD
Mordecai is 2nd on the team in rushing attempts and 3rd in rushing yards. The Badgers will be without lead back Braelon Allen who accounts for 43% of their attempts and 50% of their yards and Rushing TDs.
I think Mordecai will be forced to use more of his legs, and 30 should be easy against this LSU defense that allows 163 yards on the ground and 190 away from home.
