Tonight could be the final game of the MLB season. Brewers are looking to win their 9th game in a row and looking for back-to-back sweeps against the Dodgers and Rays. Milwaukee is showing us all why they won 102 games in the regular season. They have only lost one game in October and need just one more win to capture their franchises first World Series title. Let's dive into my MLB best bets for Tuesday, October 27th.

Milwaukee Brewers vs Tampa Bay Rays MLB Betting Insights

It's been an awesome season for Tampa Bay, but right now they have no answer for the Brewers just like the Dodgers. Last night, Freddy Peralta took the mound for the Rays facing his former team. After a scoreless two innings he ran into some trouble in the third inning. An RBI single from Christian Yelich and William Contreras gave the Brewers a 2-0 lead.

Then the onslaught came in the 5th inning with 2 OUTS. Milwaukee scored 8 runs and built their lead up to 10-0. It felt like a home game for much of the night which tons of Brewers fans making the trip to Tampa. Robert Gasser was terrific for the Brewers as well going 6 innings, giving up just 1 hit and zero earned runs. The Brewers last night had 16 hits as a team.

There is no stopping this team right now. They can win low scoring games or high scoring games it doesn't matter. Their batting order 1 through 9 in the lineup is producing and their pitching has been lights out, especially the bullpen. Most importantly their stars are playing like stars. Jackson Churio and William Contreras have been great all postseason and have come through in the World Series as well.

As of this writing the Brewers have yet to announce who their starting pitcher will be. Honestly, I don't think it matters. This team is on fire right now, I still trust them to find a way to win regardless of who the starter is. We saw the New York Knicks go on a similar roll this past postseason when they won 13 straight games and this Brewers run feels similar to that. Doesn't matter who pitches, doesn't matter what the lineup is or how much they are trailing by. Milwaukee finds ways to win games.

A player prop I like tonight is for Jackson Churio to record a run (-110). He has scored a run in all 3 World Series games so far. He has also had at least 2 hits in all three games. You have to pitch to him because of his speed and his threat to steal bases. With how locked in he is as the plate right now I would expect him to be on base multiple times. With the way the Brewers have been driving in runs, I'm counting on Churio to score again tonight for Milwaukee.

Game 4's can sometimes be tricky when a sweep is a possibility. You don't know mentally if the team trailing 0-3 is going to show up and continue to fight. With this being the World Series I would still expect the Rays to give their best effort. The problem is the team they're playing against is just scorching hot. I like the Brewers to win their first World Series tonight and complete the sweep tonight at the Trop.
