Hello, Wisconsin!! The San Francisco Giants find themselves in the vicinity of Eric Foreman's basement this week as they take on the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field. These teams have not yet met this season, but tonight begins a four game series between the two ball clubs. Both are on single game winning streaks as they meet tonight, and it looks as if the Giants will avoid facing Jacob Misirowski during this stretch. But will it matter? Let's get into our favorite MLB picks for tonight's contest.

Rafael Devers and the Giants have only won two road games consecutively four times this year
As I said, both are coming off wins, but they have had very differing seasons. The Brewers lead the NL Central by 4.5 games at the end of the month, posting a 19-7 record during May. They are also 19-11 at home this year. As for the Giants, despite coming off a win, San Francisco sits in fourth place of the NL West, towards the bottom with the Colorado Rockies.
San Francisco is a full 15 games out of first place of the division, and sit 8.5 games behind the Arizona Diamondbacks who are in third place. The Giants have a lot of ground work to make up if they want to push for a spot in the postseason, lucky for them, there's still at least four months of baseball to do so. But it starts tonight on the road, where they are just 11-20 on the year.
Landen Roupp starts for the Giants, while the Brewers start a lefty in what is likely a bullpen game for the hosts.

The splits are in everyone's favor. Milwaukee hits .242 as a team, with that climbing to .246 at home and .250 against right handed pitching. The Giants are hitting .254 as team, just .251 against lefties (still great) and an incredibly .264 when they are away from home. However, I don't see San Francisco facing a southpaw long.
I would imagine the Brewers have a string of righties ready to go after Drohan lasts a couple of innings in order to switch things up. The Giants have been one of the best hitting teams in baseball over the past few weeks, and I certainly expect them to keep it up against the Brewers' bullpen. Plus they just put up 19 runs against Colorado yesterday. The offense is booming.
As for Milwaukee, they'll face a pitcher who has an increased ERA over his last few starts, indicating he might be in a slump. Roupp's numbers do improve on the road, but over his last six starts, the Giants are just 1-5, and his ERA balloons up to 4.22. Give me both teams to knock some balls around the field and produce plenty of runs to get us over this number.
