All 30 teams are on the diamond Tuesday night, giving us a massive 15-game slate to work with.
I've narrowed down the board to my two favorite spots, so let's check out my MLB bets for Tuesday, May 26.
MLB Bets for Tuesday, May 26
Miami Marlins vs Toronto Blue Jays
The Marlins have once again caught a bit of momentum, as they've come out on top of their past four games. They swept the New York Mets in three games, and then won the opening game in Canada against the Blue Jays.
Tonight, they'll send right-hander and former Cy Young winner Sandy Alcantara to the bump in hopes of extending that streak to five.
He certainly hasn't looked like the pitcher who won the Cy Young back in 2022, but there are still some respectable numbers under the hood. Alcantara owns a flat 4.00 ERA, 4.13 xFIP, 5.4% barrel rate and a 47.5% ground ball rate. The concerns stem from his 69% left-on-base rate, underwhelming 9.6% K-BB ratio and 4.36 SIERA (Skill Interactive ERA).
Outside of his road start in Tampa Bay on May 16, four of his last five outings have resulted in xFIPs north of 4.39.
The Blue Jays lineup he'll be facing has been below average against right-handed pitching over the past month, though those numbers improve significantly when playing at home north of the border.
Since April 26, Toronto owns a 110 wRC+ and .735 OPS against righties at the Rogers Centre.
Meanwhile, the Marlins offense has struggled badly on the road in that same span, posting just a 77 wRC+ and .629 OPS against right-handed pitching. Their home splits haven't been much better, either.
It appears Toronto will once again deploy an opener in Braydon Fisher before turning things over to right-hander Spencer Miles, who has thrived in this role.
Miles owns a 2.17 ERA and 3.05 xFIP, while generating a 50% ground ball rate and limiting opponents to an 8% HR/FB ratio. He's also allowed just a sub-4% barrel rate while being hard hit only 40% of the time.
I'm liking the looks of the Blue Jays tonight and expect them to bring the Miami's win streak to a halt.
Bet: Blue Jays Moneyline (-139)
St. Louis Cardinals vs Milwaukee Brewers

Next, we shift south to the Dairyland, where an NL Central showdown between the St. Louis Cardinals and Milwaukee Brewers takes place at 7:40 p.m. ET.
The Brew Crew took the opener of this three-game set on Monday by a score of 5-1. Tonight, they'll turn to stud left-hander Kyle Harrison in hopes of securing another victory.
Harrison is 5-1 through nine starts with a remarkable 1.77 ERA and 2.88 xFIP. He's carrying a 90% left-on-base rate, a 25% K-BB ratio, a 1.07 WHIP and an elite 28% hard-hit rate.
He also hasn't allowed a run across his last two starts that totals 12 innings of work and only seven hits given up.
Over the past month, the Cardinals have struggled against left-handed pitching, posting an 83 wRC+, .087 ISO and .624 OPS.
On the other side, young right-hander Michael McGreevy gets the nod for St. Louis. While his 2.40 ERA looks impressive on the surface, his 5.82 expected ERA, 12% HR/FB ratio and 11% barrel rate make it difficult to fully buy in. That concern only grows when considering the matchup against a Milwaukee lineup that ranks second in both wRC+ (118) and OPS (.759) against right-handed pitching over the past 30 days.
Look for the Brewers to handle business once again against the Cardinals.
Bet: Brewers Run Line -1.5 (+120)
