The semifinal matchup that's going to blow our socks off. A rematch of last year's finals, the Las Vegas Aces will face the New York Liberty. Las Vegas won it all last year and are the defending champs.

New York ended the season as the best team in the league. They finished with a 32-8 record, the only team to finish with single digit loses. The Liberty are just as good at home as they are on the road, going 16-4 each.

Breanna Stewart led the team in scoring this year, averaging 20.4 points per game. She shot 45.8% from the field and also averaged 8.5 rebounds to go along with it. Stewart has been here before and got the job done, so she'll be a key role in the Liberty winning.

The rest of this Liberty team is stacked and ready to go. Sabrina Ionescu and Jonquel Jones had great years, and this team is hungry for a championship. This year is looking very different though, as the semis are going to be the most difficult.

Las Vegas has had an up and down year. They are used to dominating the Western Conference and they just didn't do that this year. Now, they still had a solid season, finishing 27-13 and 2nd in the West.

A'ja Wilson had a sick year and was named this year's league MVP. She averaged 26.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game. Her just about 27 points per game led the league.

The Aces are still a stacked team like the Liberty. Kelsey Plum, Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray are all dangerous threats. Containing them and forcing bad shots will be a key for New York.

It's going to be a battle either way, but for game 1 at home – give me the Liberty to cover. They have had the Aces number all season, going 3-0 vs them.

Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu will need to come with their A games. The team is going to want to get cooking early and try to get a lead. Their obvious biggest task is going to be containing A'ja Wilson.

The Aces will try to make adjustments from watching tape of the other 3 games, but the Liberty will as well. I really think the Liberty come out at home and makes a statement, winning by much more than 5 points.

I really like Breanna Stewart to hit her points line. Stewart was built for moments like these and has so many in her career. She got her points in the last game they played in the beginning of September.

Sabrina Ionescu has been firing from 3-point range and I like for her to get 4+ 3-pointers. She has got the 4+ in both playoff games she played. Watching her in the game's vs the Dream, she is the leader of this offense and is not afraid to shoot the ball.
