Most likely the best game on the slate and they saved it for last. The New York Liberty will face off with the Phoenix Mercury at the PHX Arena. These two teams last met in July, and the Liberty won by thirteen points.

New York is 24-15 this season and is fifth in the league behind Phoenix. They come into this game on a two-game winning streak. The Liberty are 5-5 in their last ten games and 8-10 on the road this year. They have been slipping as of late.

Breanna Stewart returned to the team back on Monday vs. the Sun. She had 19 points and 5 rebounds in her return. Stewart is averaging 18 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, so it was more than good to have her back.

The rest of the supporting cast has been very up and down. Sabrina Ionescu was playing out of her mind but has cooled off. Jonquel Jones was out with an injury and has since returned, playing strong. They will need these two to get back to consistency on offense.

The Mercury are 24-14 so far and are tied for third in the league. They come into this game on a three-game winning streak that they'll look to continue tonight at home. Phoenix is 7-3 in their last ten games and 13-6 at home this season.

Alyssa Thomas has been playing fantastic as of late. She is averaging 15.8 points, 9.2 assists and 9 rebounds per game. A few more games like the ones she's been having, and she could end the year averaging a triple double.

Satou Sabally and Kahleah Copper are both averaging 16 points per game while Sabally is also grabbing 6 boards per game. The team added DeWanna Bonner at the deadline and she has worked out nicely, averaging about 25 minutes per game.

Love that this line is so close and as it should be. These two teams match up really well with the Liberty having the edge on offense and the Mercury with the edge on defense (IMO). With some of the hiccups the Liberty have had, I lean with the Mercury at home.

Phoenix has won 13 games at home this season, so they definitely love being home. The team will challenge the Liberty on both ends of the ball, so it'll be interesting to see how they react. I think Alyssa Thomas is going to have another big game and be the deciding factor in the team winning.

Give me Alyssa Thomas to grab 10 or more boards for -140. It's really juiced but the Liberty are last to defending the forward position and she had 13 in the last game earlier this year. I hate that the numbers so high, but I get it.

I like Breanna Stewart to get 10 or more rebounds and assists combined for -125. There will be plenty of double teams that will result in assists. She already averages almost 7 rebounds a game, so we just need consistency there to take us home.
