This team doesn't play well at home for some reason, and the Fever can easily take advantage of that. When they're on, the Sparks have one of the best offenses in the league. They rank second in points per game, third in pace and third in offensive rating.

Then there is their defense and it's not a good situation. The Sparks rank third worst in the league in rebounds and turnovers. They're second worst in defensive rating as well. This is why they aren't higher in the standings.
