After another great game, we are all tied up at 1. The New York Liberty handled business in Game 2, winning by 14 points. Minnesota started to get the game close in the 4th quarter, but the Liberty stopped them in their tracks.

Breanna Stewart put up 21 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, dished 5 dimes and get this – had 7 steals. You read that right – 7! The other star of the show for the Liberty was Betnijah Laney-Hamilton.

Laney-Hamilton had a fantastic game, scoring 20 points. She went 8/14 from the field and draining 4 3-pointers. This was a huge push for the Liberty. Jonquel Jones was 1 rebound short of a double-double and Sabrina Ionescu had 15 points on the way to their win.

The Liberty are a good road team, so it's time for them to continue that. It's going to be a tough task in the Target Center these next 2 games, but New York has to come away with at least 1 win or their season is over.

Can Minnesota adjust to take control of Game 3 for the win?

Although the series is tied at 1, let's not get it twisted here – the Lynx have a lot of work to do. They were extremely lucky to pull out that surprise win in Game 1. Minnesota played from behind the entire game in both games.

They have the fire power to do so but need to play better defense. The Lynx had no answer for the Liberty in Game 2. Whether it was rebounding, steals, blocks or turnovers – the Lynx were outperformed

Napheesa Collier had 16 points and 8 rebounds. Courtney Williams continued to show out, putting up 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Alanna Smith had 14 points but only 2 rebounds and Kayla McBride racked up only 8 points, shooting 2/6 from 3-point range.

I have to back my girls in the 1st game in Minnesota. After dropping that game at home, they understand what it means if they don't steal one. The entire season will be a waste if they don't win it all.

This team has been here before, as early as last season. They have a deep drive from that and are also a little scared from Game 1. I don't think they ever let something like that happen again. They understand how bad that was and the position it has put them in.

It's even bigger for them to get this game because if they lose, their backs will be against the wall in Game 4. I like for Breanna Stewart to run the offense again. She needs to have another 20 point and 8 rebound game.

Sabrina Ionescu needs to shoot better from 3-point range to help give them that extra push. She has been shooting at 50% or less and in the finals, that's not cutting it. Jonquel Jones should also flirt with a double-double again.

Give me the Liberty -3.5 for the 2-1 series lead. We're going to have a show on our hands either way!
