Happy Friday. We've got a full slate of games in the WNBA tonight and despite a few big spreads, I think I found some value.

Let's jump right into my favorite props tonight.

Today's Best Bets

Bridget Carleton

Bridget Carleton o19.5 P/R (+102) | Lucky Rebel

The Portland Fire have had a season to forget, but Bridget Carelton's play has been something to remember. Carleton averaged career highs across the board, averaging 14.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. She 38% from the perimeter and will probably finish as Portland's second leading scorer this year.

In the month of August, she's hit another gear. Carleton's averaging 16.3 points per game this month to go along with 6.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game. She's cleared this line in 8 of her last 10 games overall and her ability on the perimeter is why I love this spot.

The Atlanta Dream are 12th in opponent effective field goal percentage and dead last in opponent 3-point percentage. Despite a really good defense, the Dream struggle to guard the perimeter and even more so against opposing bigs.

Carleton's shooting 38% from beyond the arc over her last 10 games and she's had 3+ 3s in back to back matchups against Angel Reese. Lastly, Carleton's averaging 31.4 minutes per game over her last 10 games and taking under under 14 shot attempts per game.

Her volume and minutes have seen a huge bump and that's something I'm going willing to bet stays that way.

Nneka Ogwumike o22.5 P/R (-110) | Lucky Rebel

Well, as sad as it is to say; this will be Nneka's last season in the WNBA. Ogwumike announced earlier this month that this season would be her last and after 15 seasons in the WNBA, she'd be hanging it up.

At 36 years old, Nneka's started in 37 of the Spark's 38 games this year. She leads the team in both points (16.8 PPG) and rebounds (8.9 RPG). She leads the team in minutes play and she's been incredible this year. Unfortunately we've only got about 6-games left of her.

The Mystics have won 3 games in a row, they've got the #1 defense and two of the toughest bigs in the WNBA.

Shakira Austin and Kiki Iriafen have been giving teams problems all year and this will be the last time they play Nneka. In two games this year, Nneka grabbed 11 and 7 rebounds, the two teams split the two games and both games were playing in Washington.

Today the Mystics come into Los Angeles on the second night of a back to back, playing their fourth game in five days. All three games have come here on the west coast and with the time difference, I'm betting fatigue starts to play a factor tonight.

More missed shots, more rebounding opportunities and more reason to bet Nneka tonight. Nneka's  cleared this line in 8 of her last 10 home games and she's only got 3 home games left (including tonight).

Nneka played 13 of her 15 seasons here in Los Angeles and all 13 came in this same arena. With just three games left in this building, don't be surprised when she puts on a show in every single one.

Los Angeles Sparks +5.5 (-110) | Lucky Rebel

Like I just said, the Mystics are playing their fourth game in five days and all four games will be here on the opposite side of the country. This is the Mystics only back to back this year and that concerns me. The Sparks haven't played in 4 days and haven't had to leave Los Angeles in nearly 10 days.

The Sparks are rested, at home and playing with a little more emotion in these next few games. Friday night at the Staples Center, one of the WNBA's best team's visiting and a Sparks team playing full of emotion. Things could get weird tonight and I really think the Sparks could pull of an upset here tonight.

The Sparks and Mystics have also split the two games played earlier this year; both of which came in Washington. Tonight the Sparks finally get a chance on their home floor and I think they bring the energy.
