There's a nice battle on our hands out West and we're headed to Seattle. The Atlanta Dream will take on the Storm at Climate Pledge Arena. Both teams are off to good starts, so let's recap a bit and then get into the Dream vs. Storm picks.

Seattle is 3-2 this season and 3rd in the West. They come into this game off a five-point loss to the Lynx on Tuesday night. The Storm covered the seven points, but couldn't get the job done in Minnesota. Regardless, that game was a big test for them and they did well.

The two clear leaders on this team are off to great starts. That would be Sky Diggins who is averaging 18.8 ppg. and 7.6 apg. and Nneka Ogwumke, who is averaging 18.6 ppg. and 9.8 rpg. Role players like Gabby Williams and Ezi Magbegor have been doing their jobs as well to support Diggins and Ogwumike.

To start the season, the Storm were blown out by the Mercury. They bounced back nicely and went on to win their next three games. Minnesota was just too much for them last game, so they will look to bounce back tonight.

Atlanta looks to keep winning streak alive and make it 4 in a row

The Dream are off to a 4-2 start and are on a three-game winning streak. They come into this game off a win over the Sparks on Tuesday night. Rhyne Howard shined with 15 points, 9 rebounds, and 7 assists. She almost pulled out a triple-double.

Alisha Gray had herself a game as well with 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists. This team needs these two ladies to perform every game if they're going to have a chance. Brionna Jones has been playing great this season, but had an off night last game.

Brittney Griner is out with a right knee injury. Her absence opens up down low a little, which gives more work to Jones. Even with how the team is playing, they are still missing guard Jordin Canada who has been out with a left knee injury.

I think this team is going to be fun to watch this season. If they can be consistent as well as pull out a big win or two against a big dog in this league, they have a chance to make the playoffs. Let's check out the odds and get into the Dream vs. Storm picks.

This game should be a good one. I think we see a close, back and forth game here. With the streak they're on and how they've been playing, I have to go with the Dream to cover the +4.

The last two games that they lost were only by five points and four points, so they very well could've won those games. The home court is what's favoring the Storm here, considering the Dream have the better record.

With that being said, this should be a good game for props. I like Brionna Jones to have a bounce back game and get back to recording double-doubles. Ezi Magbegor will be on her, but I think Jones has the skill to have the upper hand. I'll be looking to take over her combined points and rebounds which will be around 23-25 for approximately -115.

Another prop that looks good is Nneka Ogwumike to record over her rebound line. Nneka is coming off an 8-rebound game, so her line should fall around the same number. She has had eight boards in each of her last three games.
