We have a small two game slate on our hands tonight, but we found some gems. The Connecticut Sun will take on the Portland Fire in the late game and I won't lie, it doesn't interest me much (lol). For the earlier game, now we're talking.
The Washington Mystics well head south to take on the Dallas Wings in the first game. Of course, it's still very early, but I think both teams look good – especially Washington. Their young duo is really developing, but they could use some depth.
I have three player props that I like for this game. Let's get into them!
Check out the odds for this matchup and other WNBA games at the best online sportsbooks.
WNBA Best Bet #1: Kiki Iriafen Over 10.5 Rebounds (-105)

Washington Mystics forward Kiki Iriafen high fives her teammates as she goes to the bench.
Kiki has herself a hell of a rookie season and she's picking right back up where she left off. Through three games, she is averaging 19 points and 14 rebounds per game, which are stupid numbers. Her sophomore year is looking like it's going to be better than last year.
We're taking her to get 11 or more rebounds for -105. She has crushed this number is all three of her games this season. She's grabbed 16, 12, and 13 in each of the games. Even with teammate Shakira Austin grubbing, she's been eating on the boards.
This isn't her first rodeo anymore and Iriafen is here to stay. She has such presence under the hoop and can dominate down there. She'll battle with Alanna Smith tonight for the boards, a matchup I think she wins.
WNBA Best Bet #2: Paige Bueckers Over 19.5 Points (-120)

Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers takes the ball up court while calling the play out.
Last year's Rookie of the Year is right back to leading the Wings. She has started the season averaging 20 points and 5 assists per game through three games. The Wings started off the season with a big win over Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever.
We're going with Paige to get 20 or more points for -120. She has hit the mark in two of her three games this year, just coming off a 27-point game. Dallas will need Paige to be heavily involved and shooting the ball, so I expect her to clear this line without a problem.
Paige will most likely get paired up against guard Sonia Citron. Citron was drafted third last season, so just behind Bueckers and had a great rookie season. She could give Paige some trouble, but I think both ball out offensively first.

WNBA Best Bet #3: Shakira Austin Over 8.5 Rebounds (-120)

Washington Mystics forward Shakira Austin pulls up and takes an open shot.
Forward Shakira Austin decided in the off season to stay in Washington and man, I'm sure they're happy she did. Austin is off to a fire start, with two double doubles and 16+ points in all three of her starts. She's averaging 18 points and 10 rebounds per game so far.
I like for her to continue to get her boards, going with the 9 or more rebounds for -120. She has hit in all of her games this season and it's because her and Iriafen cause a problem down low. Each is so big and strong, they can really bully their way down there.
If Austin doesn't get it, Iriafen will and vice versa. It's a duo we all should all keep an eye on this season as they could really do damage. Dallas doesn't have one solid big other than Smith to contain these two ladies and I think both get their boards.
