Tonight, it's a four-game slate for us to dive into. We missed the sweep yesterday but swept on Friday. Those Friday picks came through for us, and we may just have to relook at a few.
We have the Chicago Sky playing the Connecticut Sun in their first game on the slate. Thirty minutes later, the Toronto Tempo and Atlanta Dream will tip off. In another thirty minutes, it's the Phoenix Mercury vs. the Indiana Fever and the Dallas Wings vs. the Seattle Storm ends it off.
I dove in per the usual. We have to rinse and repeat again tonight because it just makes sense. I like the matchups we're seeing, and these girls have been balling. Just let NZ take the wheel.

WNBA Best Bet #1: Jessica Shepard to record 31 or more PRA (-120)

Dallas Wings forward Jessica Shepard takes the ball up the court.
Going right back to the big dog. Jessica Shepard is playing top notch basketball right now and looking like the most improved player of the year. She is averaging 14.2 points, 11.3 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game this season.
We're going right back to her PRA with those averages. She just came through for us last game and she exploded in the second half after a slow first half. Shepard also has cleared this number in three of her last five games.
The Wings did play Seattle this season already and it was a very slow game. I think we see a much faster pace game this time from Dallas as they have some nice momentum. Their comeback win last game vs the Chicago Sky was a huge boost. Give me Shepard to keep going off.

WNBA Best Bet #2: Alyssa Thomas to record 9 or more assists (-125)

Phoenix Mercury forward Alyssa Thomas reacts after getting the bucket and the and-1 call.
We already know how dangerous Thomas can be when she heats up. I know it's the second pick we're going back to, but she also did her job. She has done the job in her last five games straight and although she's due for regression, I don't think it's this game.
Phoenix will play Indiana which is obviously a highly anticipated game. I think we see a close game here even though Indiana is the better team. With that being said, Thomas will be heavily involved, and a close game gives us what we need to get the assists. Last game we luckily cleared before she sat the whole fourth quarter.
She is the clear-cut leader on this team next to Kahleah Copper. I think Thomas uses her experience and physicality to make plays tonight. She'll be moving the ball around like she has been the last few games to clear this line once again.
WNBA Best Bet #3: Aneesah Morrow to record 10 or more rebounds (-140)

Connecticut Sun forward Aneesah Morrow dribbles the ball while scanning the floor to make a play.
This girl is going to be special in this league. She hasn't even gotten full starter time yet and is still killing it. Morrow is averaging 11.7 points and 10.4 rebounds in 25 minutes per game. She has only started in six of the fifteen games she's played this season.
I had my eye on her last season when she was drafted ninth out of LSU. He averaged a double double in her senior year and was going to a team where she was going to get playing time. Morrow is still fighting for the time she deserves and will most likely move on after this season.
She'll go up against Kamilla Cardoso, and I think she holds her own. I think she grubs against Cardoso again as she had 17 boards at the beginning of the month vs Chicago. Both teams only shoot 42.5% from the field, so there will be plenty of opportunities. Both teams rank the same in rebounds per game, but the Sun grab a lot of offensive boards which can add up quickly.
