However Morocco finished second to Brazil based on goal differential, thus pairing them with the Netherlands in the Round of 32.

I have a future on the Dutch to win the World Cup at 28-1, just for a quarter unit. So I'm really not worried about hedging. But I will be rooting for the Netherlands. This team has dominated the possession and expected goals battles in all three of their contests, including controlling the ball for over 70% of the time against Tunisia. Yes, Morocco is a much tougher opponent, even tough than Japan and Sweden. So one could argue that Morocco is more "battle tested" after playing in a group with Brazil.
However, Morocco made a miracle run in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. I don't think they do it again. This Dutch team is hungry, and perhaps this is the best squad they've had since losing in the 2010 final to Spain. The Netherlands have been to three separate World Cup Finals, losing all of them. I think they can get over the hump this year, but that starts with a win tonight.
In this same game parlay, all we need is the Netherlands to qualify for the next round (in any way), and for there to be under 3.5 goals in regulation time. If the Dutch advance on a 2-1 win in extra time, or PKs after a 1-1 draw, we cash our wager.
