Browns vs Texans Prediction NFL Week 13: Welcome Back, Deshaun

The Cleveland Browns travel to Houston to take on the Texans in a battle of two AFC teams pretty much out of the playoff picture.

The biggest headline in this game will revolve around QB Deshaun Watson.

Watson will start his first game for the Browns after serving his 12 game suspension to start the season.

This will also be Watson’s first game back in Houston after the blockbuster offseason trade that sent him from the Texans to the Browns.

All eyes will be on Watson for obvious reasons but there is a game to play as well.

The Browns welcome Watson back at a good time, as they need to start stacking some wins, and fast.

They can start their late playoff push in style against the lowly Texans and Watson can get the ball rolling against his former team.

Will Watson, Nick Chubb and Co. grab an important AFC win on the road or will the Texans spoil the Homecoming party?

Prediction

Everything about this game is pointing towards the Browns winning and Watson getting his first win with his new team back where his career started.

And, in this case, I agree.

I think that Watson will be a bit rusty coming back in this one but the Browns luckily have Nick Chubb to lean on and in this matchup, they should.

The Texans are the worst rush defense in the 2nd worst defense in the NFL and the Browns will do everything they can to expose them all game long.

I have been taking Running Backs against the Texans for the past month and it is serving me well so far.

Jeff Wilson didn’t get the job done last week, because of a blowout, but other stud backs this season have had fantastic games.

Jonathan Taylor-31 carries, 161 yards

Miles Sanders- 17 carries, 93 yards

Josh Jacobs- 20 carries, 143 yards

Saquon Barkley- 35 carries, 152 yards

Derrick Henry- 32 carries, 219 yards

Nick Chubb will get a similar work load in this one and I expect similar results.

Give me Chubb here and I love Chubb to have over 100+ as well.
