The College Basketball Crown is coming to an end on Sunday as the Oklahoma Sooners and West Virginia Mountaineers compete at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. What started out as an eight team tournament is finally down to the final two teams. Ross Hodge and Porter Moser have their squads ready to roll in this "winner takes all" match, where both will be compensated plenty. However, they are playing for a $300,000 prize, while the runner ups walk away with 100K. Which team will roll in the dough by winning this game? Let's find out what our CBB experts like by checking out their favorite picks.

Both teams had their sights set on making the NCAA Tournament, but after both failed to win a conference tournament game, those dreams were shattered. Instead, they found themselves in Sin City taking part in the second ever College Basketball Crown, which has plenty of monetary incentives. But these teams have more on their minds. At this point, they are playing for pride and looking to end their season on a high note.
Oklahoma needed overtime to take down Colorado, and then handled business against Baylor. Now they face a third straight Big 12 team, looking for a trophy. West Virginia also needed overtime in their quarterfinal matchup against Stanford, but then beat the brakes off of Creighton in the semifinals. Can they take down a third straight opponent from a different league in the CBC Championship?

I will be on the Sooners, for a multitude of reasons. For starters, I think they got red hot at the right time, right after being ice cold. From January 7 to February 4, the Sooners did not win a single game. They lost nine straight during the SEC regular season, but have since turned things around. Oklahoma has won eight of their last nine games and 10 of their last 13 overall. That includes wins over two different NCAA Tournament teams, plus Auburn, who is playing in the NIT Championship later on Sunday. It's no secret that this team is talented.
As for the Mountaineers, sure they have won two straight, but they are just 6-7 in their last 13 contests, and have only won three straight once this year, when they started off 5-0. They have not won back to back games before this tournament since January 21, and I don't believe they have as many offensive options as the Sooners.
Points will be at a premium, as West Virginia plays painfully slow and gets in your face defensively. However, that hasn't stopped the Sooners at all. I like Oklahoma to push the pace more than the Mountaineers are used to, and in turn, they will utilize those offensive possessions to put the ball in the hoop.
