Super Tuesday! Super Tuesday!! We are back with tons of College Hoops tonight, so we glanced at the NCAA Basketball slate and found our best bets for today!

NCAA Basketball Best Bets – January 21st, 2025

UCF vs #3 Iowa State Predictions

Back the Cyclones defense tonight at home

Best Bets: UCF TT Under 70.5 (-125) BetOnline

Back Iowa State's defense tonight. Sure, they like to play faster than they have in the past, but coming off a loss to West Virginia on the road, I see them trying to stomp the life out of the Knights.

At home, this defense is 2nd overall, 19th in eFG% while also ranking 22nd in turnovers forced and 13th in FT Rate. They hardly ever send their opponent to the free throw line, they defend the perimeter extremely well, and really make their opponents' lives hell at Hilton Coliseum. While UCF's offense has performed well on the road, including a big win at Lubbock to end 2024, I don't see it happening tonight. The Knights were shut down by Houston at home last game, and I see them potentially taking a night off in order to regroup before hosting TCU.

Not to mention UCF was in Arizona this past weekend before flying all the way back home to host Houston only to hop on a plane and go to Ames the next day. Quite the turn around for a team that could use an off night.

Give me the Cyclones defense at home to come alive.
