NCAA Basketball Predictions, Odds & Best Bets: Super Tuesday (12/10)

There is ton's of College Hoops all day long, so we are back for some more NCAA Basketball action! As always, we will be diving into the College Hoops slate to find our best bets for today! We've got a decent sized slate, however it is a very long season, so we will continue to pick our spots carefully.

NCAA Basketball Best Bets – December 10th, 2024

Southern Mississippi vs Tulane Predictions

Best Bets: So Moss/Tulane Over 146.5 (-106) BetOnline

A couple of mid majors are going to battle in the Bayou tonight. Tulane has now lost 5 straight games after starting 4-1 this season. They shoot tons of 3s, ranking in the Top 100 in 3P Rate, knocking down over 34% of those shots. As a whole, the team plays much faster at home, jumping from 202nd to 163rd in possessions per game.

Southern Miss is no stranger to playing quick. They rank 51st overall in pace, with that number leaping to 3rd in the country on the road. They speed up their opponents, giving them plenty of possessions to score. The Golden Eagles get to the free throw line plenty, but their defense as a whole is a little iffy.

On the road, they rank 290th in defensive efficiency and 324th in eFG%, so I expect Tulane to have a very good shooting night. Ultimately, the pace of this game should be enough to give the sharp shooting Green Wave plenty of possessions, resulting in tons of threes and some points with the clock stopped as well.
