The Phoenix Suns have not been able to debut their new-look Big Three of Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal yet, but they have opened the new season with two wins in three games. Tonight, they will look to make it three for four as they welcome Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs to the Footprint Center (10:00 pm ET, TNT).

Beal has yet to play this season, while Booker has missed the past two games and will missed a third straight tonight.

But KD has had a positive start and Phoenix's new additions are making an impact, and the Suns (2-1, 1-0 home) have sandwiched wins over the Warriors and Jazz around a five-point road loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

Wembanyama and the Spurs (1-2, 0-1 road) are still finding their feet, as shown by a 40-point loss to the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. But every game is an opportunity for the #1 overall pick in this year's NBA Draft to become more comfortable and hone his skills, and a matchup against one of the best teams in the NBA represents an especially good chance to do that.

San Antonio Spurs vs Phoenix Suns Prediction and Best Bets

Victor Wembanyama Spurs NBA

Prediction: Suns to win

Best Bets: Suns -6.5 (-120 at Bovada) & Phoenix Suns team total over 116.5 points (-105 at Bovada)

The Spurs won't have as bad of a showing as they did at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday, when they shot only 37.5% from the field and committed 25 turnovers in a 123-83 loss.

But even with only one of Phoenix's Big Three on the court tonight, expect the Suns to stroll to a win.

Best Player Prop Bets for Spurs vs Suns

Jordan Goodwin Over 18.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-120 at Bovada)

After opening the season with two points, four rebounds, and three assists in 14 minutes against the Golden State Warriors, Goodwin has played 55 total minutes in the last two games with Booker sidelined.

And while he hasn't shot well, he has filled up the stat sheet in those minutes, recording 14 points, six rebounds, and two assists in 30 minutes in the loss to the Lakers and 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists in 25 minutes in Saturday's win over the Jazz.

With Booker out, expect Goodwin to get some good minutes again and do enough to get this over the line easily even if he doesn't shoot well again.
