Happy Friday, everyone! Tonight's NBA slate brings us an eight-game slate, and throughout that I'll be dishing out my three favorite props bets. On the year, we're sitting at a record of 102-79-1, up +13.26 units. Let's go ahead and dive into my NBA prop bets for Friday, January 23.

NBA Prop Bets for Friday, January 23 | Betting News
Cade Cunningham Under 8.5 Assists (+110)
In what should be the best game of the night, I'll be targeting Cade Cunningham to stay below 8.5 assists against the formidable Houston Rockets.
Houston is allowing the fifth-fewest assists per game (24.6), which tracks given how dominant this defense has been all season. The Rockets rank fourth in points per 100 possessions and eighth in effective field goal percentage allowed.
That defensive profile should make it tougher for Cunningham to facilitate at his usual level. Add in the fact that this shapes up as a statement game between two of the league's top teams, and I expect Cunningham to be more aggressive as a scorer rather than consistently looking to distribute.
Aaron Gordon Over 6.5 Rebounds (+115)
Let's take advantage of another plus-money price and back Aaron Gordon to eclipse 6.5 rebounds tonight. Since returning nine games ago, he's averaging 6.6 rebounds per game, up from his 5.9 average when Nikola Jokic was in the lineup.
With Jokic sidelined and a matchup against a Bucks team that ranks 29th in rebounding percentage, this sets up as a strong opportunity for Gordon to grab seven boards at plus money.
Ryan Rollins Under 15.5 Points (-107)
Let's keep things in this same game for our final prop bet, where I'm backing Bucks guard Ryan Rollins to stay below 15.5 points against the Nuggets.
Rollins is averaging just 12.2 points per game over his last nine contests and has failed to reach 16 points in seven of those outings. He's been volatile all season, and it's hard to see him finding consistency here against a Denver defense that ranks 10th in opponent field goal percentage from both three-point range and mid-range — the two areas where Rollins takes most of his shots.
There's also some odd emotions circulating throughout Milwaukee's locker room, as Giannis Antetokounmpo has publicly expressed frustration with the lack of offensive opportunities being created for him. That points to a more Giannis-centric offensive approach in this spot, which should further limit scoring chances for role players like Rollins.
