Tonight, they get a chance to get some revenge on another challenger in the East, Jimmy Butler and the Heat.

Miami is on a 4 game losing streak and need to start stringing together some wins, otherwise they might find themselves on the outside looking in come playoff time.

Prediction

Both of these Eastern conference teams need to pick up a win tonight and it will be a battle.

The Heat are in a slump right now and need to pick themselves up and start stacking some wins to confirm their place in the playoffs.

They currently sit 7th, but have dropped 4 in a row and are only 2.5 games ahead of the 9th place Raptors.

Wins are becoming more and more valuable to Miami and a big win tonight in Philly would be huge for their record but more importantly, their mental state.

For the Sixers, they are comfortably 3rd in the East and have won 7 of their last 10 but after the last second loss to Boston 2 nights ago, Joel Embiid and the boys in Philly will be looking to get right back to winning.

In the first leg of a back-to-back, with these teams squaring off again on Wednesday in Miami, it will be a battle from start to finish.

Feeling the desperation and on the back of a big performance from Jimmy Butler (more on that below), I am going to ride with the Heat to cover.

I think the Sixers should get the job done at home but the Heat will do enough to stay within the 6 points and cover the spread.

He also plays well against Philly, scoring 27 in their last matchup and has 22+ in 3 of his last 6 against Philly. 2 of those misses were 21 point performances.
