As things currently stand, just one single point separates Tottenham from relegation after West Ham United pulled off a victory last night. Tottenham has 29 points, Nottingham Forest has 28, and West Ham now have 28 as well, however the Spurs do have a match in hand. Three points today is crucial as we head down the stretch. Lucky for them, they have Forest as a buffer between them and West Ham United on the table, but they are also well ahead of both clubs on goal differential. Therefore, either club would need to completely jump them in the standings, as Tottenham should have the advantage based on GD at the end of the season.

I'm not going to come out and openly say I am rooting for the Spurs to be relegated. However, it would be objectively hilarious to watch one of the big six clubs in the EPL spend a season beating up on teams in the EFL Championship. But today at home, I do see them earning at least a point in a low scoring match.

We already saw these two teams play a stale match earlier this year. At Selhurst Park in December, Tottenham beat Crystal Palace on the road by a score of 1-0. But we only saw a combined six shots on target and only five corner kicks won. It was not a very offensive game, and I don't expect today to be any different. Tottenham is scared. They know the entire world is waiting for them to drop a few more games and have relegation become even more of a reality. The last thing they'll want to do is concede an earlier goal and spend all match playing from behind. Their defense should be fully focused, and most attackers will likely be tasked with hanging back and making sure runners on the wings are marked all game long.
Crystal Palace have a very good back line for being as far down on the table as they are. They rank tied for second amongst the bottom 12 teams in the league in terms of goals allowed, conceding just 1.21 per match. This actually ranks them in the top five of the entire EPL as well. Offensively, they struggle, ranking third worst in goals scored.
In fact, in the past three head to head meetings, someone has failed to find the back of the net, so I also endorse Both Teams to Score No at +130 if you dare. Regardless, we should see a max of two goals in this contest.
