We got a little unlucky with some of our plays yesterday.
As I'm writing this, our MLS play hasn't kicked off yet, so hopefully we can still cash that one.
Tottenham are simply off to a brutal start. Two Premier League matches, zero goals scored.
They couldn't create much of anything against Newcastle at home yesterday.
Then we had Dortmund score twice in the first half, only to completely take their foot off the gas after halftime.
We're leaving the bad beats behind today.
Let's get into the plays!

- Chelsea vs. Brighton Over 2.75 Goals (-130)
- Leeds vs. Brentford Both Teams To Score (-145)
- Arsenal -1 (-115)
Chelsea vs. Brighton
This is probably my favorite match of the weekend.
Chelsea have already shown that their attack is going to be extremely difficult to stop this season.
They've also shown that their back line could be a serious problem.
Xabi Alonso started nearly six defenders in Chelsea's last Premier League match. Somehow, they still conceded twice and allowed Fulham to create plenty of quality chances.
Now they return home to face a very dangerous Brighton side.
I expect Alonso to make some adjustments and bring more balance into the midfield for this matchup.
Brighton are absolutely flying in attack to begin the season.
They opened their Premier League campaign with a 4-0 win over Aston Villa. Then they followed it up by scoring four more in the EFL Cup during the week.
Confidence shouldn't be an issue for the visitors.
Chelsea have too much attacking talent for me to expect them to sit back at home.
At the same time, it's still early in the season. I don't expect their defensive problems to suddenly disappear.
That combination should create exactly the type of match we want for an over.
I expect the opening goal to come relatively early.
Once it does, this could turn into a back-and-forth affair with chances coming at both ends.
We're also getting some protection with Over 2.75 instead of laying heavier juice on Over 2.5.
Give me goals at Stamford Bridge.

Leeds vs. Brentford

Calvert-Lewin and Leeds will look to start their season 2-0 at home against Brentford.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I'm high on this Leeds team.
They made some excellent additions during the summer and showed real improvement toward the end of last season.
Despite finishing in the bottom half, there were plenty of positive signs.
These are also the types of matches where Leeds need to take points.
It won't be easy against a Brentford side that can be extremely dangerous going forward.
We saw exactly that against Tottenham last weekend.
Brentford smothered Spurs and generated nearly 4.0 expected goals in a dominant attacking performance.
I don't expect things to come quite that easily against Leeds.
Still, Brentford should create plenty of opportunities.
The other side of the equation is their road form.
Brentford struggled away from home last season, and Leeds should be aggressive in front of their own supporters.
That combination makes Both Teams To Score my favorite angle.
Leeds will want to grab the lead and control the tempo.
If Brentford score first, even better.
That would force Leeds to push forward and could turn this into a wide-open match.
We're paying some juice at -145, but I trust both attacks to find at least one goal.
This has 1-1 written all over it.
Play: Leeds vs. Brentford Both Teams To Score (-145)
Aston Villa vs. Arsenal

Kai Havertz sand Arsenal look to keep things rolling on the road.
This match is being played Monday, but I couldn't leave this line out of the article.
When I first opened the book and saw the spread a few days ago, I honestly thought it was a trap.
I had to go back and make sure I wasn't missing something.
After looking deeper into the matchup, I don't think it's a trap.
I think the line is simply mispriced.
Arsenal look like the best team in the Premier League right now.
They've also wasted no time showing they're already in form.
The Gunners opened the season by beating Manchester City 3-0. They followed that up with another 3-0 victory over Coventry last weekend.
Aston Villa are heading in the opposite direction.
They've sold off several of their biggest stars and haven't done nearly enough to replace that talent.
I just don't know where Villa's advantage comes from in this matchup.
Where does the attacking threat come from?
How do they control the midfield?
More importantly, how are they going to slow down this Arsenal attack?
I don't have a good answer to any of those questions.
Arsenal should control this match from the opening whistle and create plenty of opportunities.
I also don't see the Gunners losing.
If Villa somehow keep it close and Arsenal win by exactly one, we get our money back.
But I wouldn't be surprised if we're looking at another 3-0 Arsenal victory.
At close to even money with push protection, this is a line I'm happy to attack.
Play: Arsenal -1 (-115)
