If you want my full write up for this article, please check it out here. But I'll give you the elevator sell job. Both teams are jostling for points on the EPL table, so I expect this game to be very tight. We only saw a combined eight shots on target the last time these two went head to head, resulting in a 2-1 Chelsea victory on a stoppage time winner.

I am willing to bet things are even more defensive this late in the season, and will gladly take a win and a push if we see exactly three total goals.

Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+750)

Sunderland vs. Manchester United EPL Picks

Best Bet: Sunderland/Manchester United Under 2.5 (+113) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

Feel free to take the asian handicap of under 2.75 if you'd rather, or you can take the under a flat three if you want to pay -147 juice. Personally, I'm going to move this line in the other direction and take the 2.5 for plus money. I see this being either a scoreless draw, a 1-1 draw (maybe), or a 1-0 result in Manchester United's favor. All three results would cash our bet.

We saw a 2-0 Manchester United victory at Old Trafford back in October, and I have little faith in the Sunderland offense. All year long, the Black Cats have had success because of their defense, and at the Stadium of Light, I see them showing out. Sunderland have barely netted a goal per match, so I am not worried about their offense at all. If they score early, look for them to park the bus, making it even easier for us to stay under the total.

Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+600)

I don't need to sell this much. Manchester City needs as many points as possible in their last few matches to catch Arsenal, plus adding some extra in the back of the net to boost their goal differential could help them as well. At home, against a team like Brentford that is very offensive focused, I see City leaving no doubt. They have all the motivation to run up the score.

City is the better team, and they have nothing left to play for besides the FA Cup Final in two weeks. Therefore, gaining as many points as possible down the stretch of this EPL season is their main priority. We saw them lay a stinker against Everton on the road on Monday, but I see them being able to bounce back and take it to the Bees at home.

Prediction: Manchester City Wins 3-0 (+950)
