Over the weekend, we went 4-0 betting on the English Premier League. Yesterday we went 0-3. Thats show biz, baby. In all seriousness, that's the reality of gambling, but we are getting right back on the horse as we have some more EPL action this afternoon, so let's get into our expert's favorite picks.

English Premier League: Wednesday's Predictions February 11

Best Bet: Aston Villa ML (+104) Lucky Rebel Sportsbook

We will be backing Aston Villa at home against Brighton in this spot. These teams are on opposite ends of the EPL table as it currently stands, and Villa have much more to fight for. Plus they already beat this team on the road this season, and did so twice in the 2025 calendar year. The hosts are in the perfect "get right" spot. They've earned just one point over their last two EPL matches but were on quite the streak prior to that. Against the Seagulls, they should be able to earn three points and stay ahead of Manchester United.

Brighton & Hove Albion do not have a win in five straight matches in the English Premier League, and their last win on the road in league play was in November against Nottingham Forest, a team trying to stay out of the relegation zone. Ultimately, Villa is the much better team, at home, and for plus money I think they get the win.

Prediction: Aston Villa Wins 2-0 (+1000)

We are backing the second best team in the English Premier League to win in shutout fashion at home against a weaker club. Since their UEFA Champions League loss to Bodo/Glimt on the road, City have been unbeaten in five straight, with wins over Liverpool at Anfield and over Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup Semifinals.

While Fulham are not a club that gets shutout often, they did lose 1-0 to Leeds at Elland Road recently, and have been shutout by Everton and Arsenal this EPL season. Manchester City has the second best backline in the league, allowing less than a goal per match so far this season, and they have nothing to look ahead to. This weekend, they host Salford City in the FA Cup, and I expect plenty of reserves to take the field this weekend.

That means the best 11 should take the pitch for Pep Guardiola's squad today, resulting in a shutout win at home for their fans.

Prediction: Manchester City Wins 2-0 (+750)

We are fading Liverpool as they take on the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light. All season long, I have preached about how good Sunderland's defense is, and at home, they will need to step up to earn a point against Liverpool. They drew back in December at Anfield, but it took an own goal for the hosts to salvage a point.

Despite Liverpool controlling 68% of possession and outshooting Sunderland 23-9, the Black Cats mustered up more shots on target than their hosts, which is wild considering they are a defensive focused team. Ultimately, I believe the atmosphere and grit surrounding this team can be enough to lead them to a point at home against Liverpool who have not lived up to the standard this year.

Plus, we are getting plus money for the double chance line for a home team. Fairly rare from my experience, so we had to take a stab at the Black Cats.

Prediction: 1-1 Draw (+625)
