As the calendar year comes to a close, the English Premier League is gifting us several days with full slates of matches. There are six contests on Tuesday afternoon, with four more on Thursday to kick off 2026, and four more on Saturday and six on Sunday as the weekend rolls in. Soccer fans, rejoice, it's going to be a great week. And we sure need one, because our EPL picks have not been going well this season, and we are just about halfway through with things. It's time to turn things around, so let's start with a couple of plus money winners on the pitch today! Check out our EPL picks below.

The Gunners have 15 shutout victories this year across 28 matches, they are on top of the EPL table, and they have a full strength back line. This team also has nine shutout wins at home in just 15 matches as well. Sure, Aston Villa are right up there at the top of the table with Arsenal, but this team at home is a different breed.

Now, I am going with the under instead of the shutout because they have given up a few extra recently, allowing three goals in their last four matches (which is a lot for this team). The Gunners have stayed under 3.5 in 10 straight matches and in 25 of 28 this season. Arsenal have allowed more than one goal just one time, on the road to Sunderland in a 2-2 draw. At home, this specific bet would have cashed for plus money in nine of 15 contests.

Now, Aston Villa could take the top of the EPL table with a win on the road today, but I don't see it happening. Aston Villa have won 11 straight matches overall, including a 2-1 home win over Arsenal. They have to come back down to Earth. In that previous meeting, the Gunners controlled possession and outshot their hosts, but Villa found a stoppage time winner to steal three points. Arsenal will come very focused today in this classic "revenge spot at home", making sure this team from Birmingham doesn't complete the season sweep on them.

Prediction: Arsenal Wins 2-0 (+550)

Any chance I can get, I'll fade the Wolves. They have netted just 10 goals this season, and despite Manchester United conceding plenty, I have faith in their back line at Old Trafford. This team is unbeaten in three straight matches at home, they already beat this team in Wolverhampton by a score of 4-1 just four matches ago, and they are building momentum as they gain ground in the standings.

Manchester United, after finishing No. 15 in the EPL last season, now find themselves in sixth place as we approach the halfway point in the season. They are the third highest scoring offense in the league going up against the worst defense in their own stadium. Although United are No. 14 in goals allowed this year, I am not worried about the Wolves. They mustered up just two shots on target and a single corner kick while retaining only 36% of possession against United at home. On the road, against a very motivated Manchester team, I see this one getting ugly, and for plus money, I'll back the hosts to win by two.

Prediction: Manchester United Wins 3-0 (+900)
