<p>Bayern Munich finished on top of the Bundesliga last year after dropping to No. 3 in 2023 during Bayer Leverkusen&#8217;s unbeaten season. They are a perfect 3-0-0 and alone on top of the German table after three matches, and have two home shutouts to their name. Not just wins and shutouts&#8230; but DOMINATING home shutouts. They beat RB Leipzig 5-0 to start the season and are fresh off a 6-0 victory over Hamburg SV. Munich also defeated VfB Stuttgart in the German Supercup, beat SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the first round of the German Cup (on a stoppage time penalty kick), and have a road victory over FC Augsburg, where they led 3-0 and almost let it slip away, winning 3-2.</p>
<p>However, at home they have the chance to assert their UCL dominance.</p>
<p>Chelsea are back in the Champions League and are looking to make some noise. They are unbeaten through four matches in the English Premier League, losing two points to Brentford in stoppage time in their last match on the road. Chelsea was able to give West Ham a butt kicking away from home, but Bayern Munich is a totally different club. The Germans will look to bring their best at home against the young Blues of Chelsea.</p>

Their new transfers are contributing immediately to the team, and I see them putting on an early show for their home crowd.
