Arsenal is at the top of the EPL table and host Liverpool, the defending league champions. Liverpool are currently in fourth place in the EPL, sitting nine points behind both Aston Villa and Manchester City, who are both tied at 43 points for second place. Can Liverpool find a way to win this on the road and close that gap? Or do the Gunners build on their five point league lead at home? Let's get into our favorite picks and find out.

This is the perfect spot for Arsenal to get their revenge against a team they should've already defeated on the road. The Gunners outshot Liverpool 11-9 in the earlier meeting, and won the corner kick battle 8-3. Now, back at the Emirates, with a completely healthy lineup, I have plenty of faith that the Gunners get this win, however I'll take a different approach.

Arsenal are looking for revenge as they host Liverpool in the EPL today

We just need someone to get shutout. If you'd rather, Liverpool's team total under 0.5 is priced at (+135) if you want to lean more with the hosts. However, I could see a nil-nil draw. As good as Arsenal is, there's no real reason to be aggressive in my eyes. Even earning a single point in a potential draw keeps the hosts with a comfortable lead in the league. A draw extends the Gunners' lead to six total points over Manchester City and Aston Villa, giving them essentially a two match cushion going into the back half of the season.
Liverpool are one of the lowest scoring teams in the top eight of the EPL table so far, and they face the toughest back line in the entire world. Arsenal does not have a shutout in their past four matches, but with the back line back at full strength, I see them enacting their revenge on their visitors today. If you'd like, Arsenal ML/Both Teams to Score No is priced at +159 if you wanted to root for the hosts as well. Personally, I've got a Gunners to win the EPL future ticket that is looking really good right now, so no reason for me to double down today.
Ultimately, I think both defenses bring their A game to this one.
