The hosts in this match are on top of the EPL table, ranking second in goals scored and leading the league in goals allowed, conceding just 10 in 17 matches. Only three other teams are allowing one or less per match, but the next closest is Manchester City who have allowed 16. Even missing Gabriel and William Saliba, the reserves are holding strong.

Palace are No. 8 on the table at the moment, but aren't super offensive. They have scored just 21 goals this year, which is No. 13 in the league. However, they are one of six teams giving up less than 20 so far this year. But against Arsenal, they will have even more trouble scoring. Against top teams recently, Palace were blanked by City 3-0 and lost to Manchester United 2-1, but both matches were at home. They already lost to Arsenal 1-0 on the road earlier this year, and despite beating Liverpool in the Carabao Cup at Anfield, that is a back line I do not trust at all.

We cashed this exact same bet on Saturday in the EPL, so why not go right back to it? The Gunners are still missing key pieces in their back line, but the reserves have proven to be worthy. They aren't looking ahead to anything in league play, as they host Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday. Not very worrisome. Sure, they are more focused on winning the EPL than the Carabao Cup, but at this point, why not both?

This would've already cashed at their earlier meeting in the EPL at Emirates Stadium, and the Gunners also won that match to nil. Arsenal to win in shutout fashion is +134 in this match, which could be worth a stab. However with the second team back line, I'll stick with the under.

Palace have stayed under 3.5 goals in 13/14 matches away from home this year, including 13 straight before allowing four goals to Leeds United on Saturday. Surely they will tighten up the back line before facing the Gunners. Arsenal have stayed under 3.5 in six straight and in 9/12 at home this year. Plus, this team has 15 shutout victories this year. I think they get another to advance in this tournament on Tuesday.

Prediction: Arsenal Wins 2-0 (+575)
