Here we are for Game 6 of this Canucks vs the Predators series. The Predators came through big in Game 5 and gritted out a must win game. They will be faced with the same task at home tonight.

Roman Josi found the back of the net last game to get the Predators on the board and Alexandre Carrier got the game winning goal. Nashville was able to hold Vancouver to only 20 total shots in the game.

Goaltender Juuse Saros backed his team up in net to get the W. Nashville dropped both of their home games in the series and tonight's gives them a chance to change that.

One of Nashville's problems in their defense allowing 3.24 goals and 32.2 shots on goal per game. If they can play hard nose and keep the Canucks to no more than 2 goals, than they really have a chance.

Elimination games are when your best hockey needs to come out. The Predators showed they were up to the task once, so let's see if they can do it again.

Vancouver will look to close the series out without Demko in net

The Canucks really let one slip away and could've had this wrapped up. Losing goalie Thatcher Demko has been a huge hit to the team.

Goalies Casey DeSmith and Arturs Silovs have been splitting the time. Silovs will be starting tonight for Vancouver and has split his games in the series 1-1.

Offensively, the Canucks just need to do what they did all year. They ranked in the top of the league for goals scored per game and shooting percentage.

This is a pivotal game for the Canucks. They do not want to have to play a Game 7, even though it will be a home game.

Give me the Predators at home. Coming off the big win and not winning at home yet, this is a huge bounce back spot for them.

Saros has been playing great all year and this is when he'll need to pull through for his team. The Predators will need to of course protect him and limit the Canucks shots.

Josi will need to fire his team up, so they come out hot and get on the board early. If they can get on the board first, I think it's huge and could be the difference maker.

I think we see a low scoring game, so the game should stay under (wink wink). Bridgestone Arena will be rocking tonight…give me the Preds to force a Game 7.
