The 3-2 St. Louis Blues travel to Music City to take on the 2-4-1 Nashville Predators in a Central divison clash.

The Blues dropped a game to the high powered Oilers on home ice last night, 3-1, and have to turn around and play a back-to-back tonight.

With G Jordan Bennington getting the start last night, it is likely that G Thomas Greiss will go today, and he hasn't faired well in his 14 starts.

That is a welcome sight to the Predators, who haven't started the season very well, to say the least.

The Predators have lost 4 in a row and have looked undisciplined and not on top of their game. They need to come out firing tonight to get back on track.

Prediction

I am a Predators fan but I don't love betting on them. They are very unreliable and the way they are playing right now, doesn't give me confidence.

That said, they need to win this game and right the ship. They will come out, at home and put on a show tonight.

Factor in the back-up Greiss in net tonight for the Blues and I love the Preds to get the job done in regulation.

Roman Josi o3.5 SOGs (-105)

This is a no brainer bet.

Josi is the captain, I am sure he is taking this bad run to start the season personally, and he is going to do everything in his power tonight to get a W.

That starts with being aggressive on the offensive end and peppering Greiss.

Josi will test him early and often and might even bag a goal tonight.

All that aside, he has hit his SOGs in 4 of his last 5 games and had 7 last game. He knows he has to rip the puck and he will tonight.

Ryan O'Reilly o2.5 SOGs (+130)

The Captain started a bit slow in the shots department but he has started to get involved more offensively as of late.

He has hit 5 SOGs in his last 2 games and I think he will come out tonight wanting to put the puck on net against a division rival.
