The Los Angeles Rams go on the road this week for their third straight primetime game to start the year. The Denver Broncos will host Sunday Night Football this week, fresh off a dominant win over the Jaguars.
Two teams that started the year with ugly losses, now come into this game off dominant wins. This one's going to be good, let's jump right into it.

Analysis & Breakdown
No Nacua, no problem
The Los Angeles Rams got back from Australia and immediately locked in. After a mini bye week due to their game being on Wednesday night, the Rams came into their matchup with the Giants, rested.
The Rams looked great, scoring 28 points, recording 481 total yards of offense and even holding the giants to just 2 field goals on the night. Puka Nacua missed the Rams's last game and by the looks of it he'll be out this week too.
It didn't really matter, they didn't need him. Davante Adams put on a show. He caught 8 of his 10 targets for 195 yards and 2 touchdowns. There wasn't a soul on the field that could cover Adams last week and Stafford made them pay.
Stafford finished the night with a 71% completion rate, 327 pass yards, 4 touchdowns and 1 interception that came early in the game.
Jake Ferguson had a little bit of a breakout last week, catching 6 of his 9 targets for 54 yards and a touchdown. In the backfield, both Kyren Williams and Blake Corum dominated, combining for 24 carries (12 each), 189 total yards and 1 touchdown. Each back averaged over 6 YPC and it's because of the Rams' dominance in the trenches.
Defensively, the team looked a lot much better in Week 2 and you could see how much Los Angeles' travel plans affected them in Week 1. They held the Giants out of the endzone, gave up just 6 points and 182 total yards of offense.
The team recorded just 2 sacks but they just looked so much better as a unit. This week going into Denver, atmosphere's going to play a factor; let's just hope the Rams did a better job of preparing.
Mayhem in Mile High
The Denver Broncos went into Kansas City in Week 1 and looked bad. The offense was stagnant, the defense was bad and they did not look like a team that just won their division a year ago.
Denver gave up 31 points in that game against Kansas City, allowing Kenneth Walker to go for 191 total yards and 2 touchdowns. Walker outscored the entire Broncos offense by himself and even finished with more yards from scrimmage.
The Broncos came into Week 2 and just looked like a different team; especially defensively. Denver held Jacksonville to just 13 points. Trevor Lawrence went for just 189 yards, no touchdowns and 1 interception.
While the offense did look better, there's still a lot to be desired. Bo Nix went for 288 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception. Both J.K. Dobbins and Jonah Coleman were held under 4 YPC and Courtland Sutton's role in this offense remains to be seen.
While the Broncos do have a ton of questions to answer on the offense, the defense continues to get the job done. If they can mitigate the damage caused by Stafford and company, the Broncos will have a chance to win this game.
Sunday's Best Bets
Jaylen Waddle o55.5 Receiving Yards (-111) | Lucky Rebel
After an extremely quiet debut, Jaylen Waddle exploded in Week 2. Waddle lead the team with 10 targets, catching 8 for 138 yards and no touchdowns.
Waddle's ability to play anywhere in the formation is why I love this spot for the brand new Bronco. He's played 49% of his snaps this season out of the slot and that's a spot we can take advantage of against Los Angeles.
This offseason the Rams brought in both Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson to play CB. Both guys play on the outside and have a ton of history against this Broncos team; particularly against Courtland Sutton.
I'm expecting Waddle to be the beneficiary of some softer coverage and hopefully a similar target share to what we saw last week.
Waddle's got a 77% route participation rate through two games, 22% target share and 29% first read target share. If you look at just last week, he saw a 32% target share and 38% first read target share.
The Broncos are making a concerted effort to get the ball in Waddle's hands and I love it.
