Happy Saturday. Once again, if your still hungover, don't worry I've got a fix for that. Pour up that coffee, order that pizza and let's get into tonight's NBA slate.

Back by special request; John Hyslop, better known as 'Slop Rules', is back with his favorite prop on this Saturday slate of games.

Big slate, let's jump straight into it.

alexander sarr

Alex Sarr o3.5 1st Quarter Points (-125) | Lucky Rebel

This could easily be the greatest bet we ever make. The books have no idea what to do with this guy. He's on a minute restriction, but he plays a full complement of first-half minutes. The idea that he isn't going to put the ball in the basket at least twice in nine first quarter minutes is insane. Feels easy.

brandon miller

Brandon Miller 25.5 PRA (-106)| Lucky Rebel

You know I love a little narrative on a Saturday. The No. 1 and No.2 overall draft picks in the 2023 NBA Draft go head to head tonight in the Lone Star State. Brandon Miller and the Charlotte Hornets travel to Texas to take on the San Antonio Spurs and Victor Wembanyama.

These two have only faced off twice before and in the first meeting Miller played just 9 minutes. Their most recent matchup came at the end of January. Miller scored 26 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and his team came out with the win.

Miller's averaging 20.7 points per game this year and he's doing a great job of clearing the glass; averaging 5.1 rebounds per game. He's also shooting a lot better on the road this year. His shooting percentage jumps 3-points to 45.2% and his 3-point shooting sees a near 10-point jump to 43.2%.

Victor Wembanyama o34.5 PRA (-120)| Lucky Rebel

Wembanyama scored 16 points, grabbed 8 rebounds and unfortunately had to eat the loss after playing 31 minutes in a close game. Wemby sat out the Spurs last game and remains questionable for tonight's matchup but if I know Wemby he'll want to be out there tonight.

Victor hates losing and I'm sure their last matchup left a bad taste in his mouth. Wemby's cleared this line in five of his last six games and he's averaging 28 points and 11 rebounds per game in that span. If he suits up tonight I'm expecting him to have a big impact on tonight's game.

jayson tatum

Jayson Tatum o4.5 Assists (-120) | Lucky Rebel

The Boston Celtics play today so of course I'm going to find a way to bet Jayson Tatum. The Celtics have now lost back to back games and both were hard fought games that really should have been wins. Today they head home to play the Washington Wizards as a 20-point favorite.

With such a big spread, normally I'm hesitant to bet any props, but with Tatum it's a little different. Tatum wont be played more than he needs to be but he's also looking to get his feet under him and get back to full game speed as quickly as possible. Soft matchups like this one should provide ample opportunity for exactly that.

The Wizards rank 29th in points allowed, 29th in assists allowed, 26th in opponent effective field goal percentage and 23rd in opponent 3-point percentage. They give up a ton of points and in turn a ton of assists.

In three games since returning, Tatum's averaging 9.0 potential assists per game and he's cleared this line just once. After back to back games against tougher opponents, I expect him to facilitate a little more tonight against this soft Wizards defense.

Dyson Daniels o24.5 PRA (-111)| Lucky Rebel

My favorite Atlanta Hawk; Dyson Daniels. Daniels has been great for the Hawks this year. He's averaging 11.5 points per game this year, shooting 50.3% from the field and he's probably one of the most feared defenders on the perimeter. Daniels is averaging 1.9 steals per game and ranks 3rd in total steals this year.

Daniels is averaging 6.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game this year and he's cleared this line in six of his last seven games; including five straight games now. This is matchup that Dyson just always seems to thrive against.

Since coming over to Atlanta, Dyson's started seven games against the Bucks and he's cleared this line in five of seven games; going over this line in five straight. Daniels is averaging 14.9 points, 7.6 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game in these seven games. He's shooting 53.6% from the field and like I said he just loves playing the Milwaukee Bucks.

Milwaukee ranks 17th in points allowed, 22nd in opponent effective field goal percentage and 19th in opponent free throw rate. They rank bottom 10 in points and rebounds allowed to the shot guard position and I think Daniels takes full advantage tonight. .

Lastly, Daniels has been great at home. His shooting percentage jumps to 51.6% at home and he's cleared this in 57% of his home games. Tonight it feels like Daniels can take advantage of a porous Sixers' defense.
