Happy Tuesday. Wild Card Weekend's come to a close and I hope your favorite team's still playing. Mine isn't, so I'm locked back in on the NBA. Sunday was great, let's see if we can keep it rolling into today. Let's jump right into it.

For additional information on picks, props, money lines and more on today's slate, take a look at our NBA Picks Page or our NBA Odds Page, here.

Today's Best Bets

Dyson Daniels o12.5 A/R (-115) | Lucky Rebel

Dyson Daniels

Like I said on Sunday, if you continue to hang this line, I'm going to continue to take it. Daniels has cleared this line in 8 of his L10 games and he's now the Hawks' full time starting PG. He's been thriving in this new role since Trae Young went down early in the year. We saw flashes of it last year but this year he's got the keys to the offense.

Without Trae in the lineup this year, Dyson's averaging 13.0 points, 6.8 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game. He's playing 34.6 minutes per game and he's accounting for nearly 35% of the team's assists. Daniels ranks 7th amongst guards in rebounds per game, 3rd in offensive rebounds per game and he leads the Hawks in offensive rebounding. He's a menace on the glass and even tougher to contain in transition.

Atlanta's playing at the 2nd highest pace in the NBA, they rank 6th in fast break points and 10th in points scored in the paint; all three things conducive to more assist/rebounding opportunities.

Defensively the Lakers have been bad. The team limits points with their slow pace of play, but the team ranks 28th in opponent effective field goal percentage, 26th in opponent 3-point percentage and 18th in points allowed on the fast break. The Lakers also rank 21st in turnover rate and it's why the team ranks 27th in points allowed off turnovers.

Daniels leads the Hawks in steals and it's lead to a ton of points in transition for the Hawks. Atlanta ranks 4th in points scored off turnovers and that should present problems for the Lakers.

The Hawks have looked great this year and one of the biggest reasons why is this man, Dyson Daniels. Look for the young PG to see plenty of opportunities to stuff the stat sheet tonight.

Devin Booker o7.5 Assists (+120) | Lucky Rebel

Dillon Brooks Devin Booker

The Phoenix Suns are rolling and no one's having more fun than Dillon Brooks. Brooks has been one of the biggest off-season additions of the year and because of him it looks like the Suns are having fun again. His presence seems to have had a specifically positive effect on Devin Booker.

Book looks happy again and sure, a lot of that has to do with winning basketball games; but Brooks has completely changed the energy in this locker room. The Suns are playing free, without expectations and it's the reason Phoenix sits 6th in the Western Conference, just two games back of the Nuggets in third.

Brooks has changed the energy in the locker room, but it's their head coach that's completely overhauled this offense. Jordan Ott was the brain behind the Cavaliers' offense last year that averaged nearly 125 points per game and he's brought that basketball brain to the desert and Suns' fans couldn't be happier.

The Suns don't have the most explosive offense but the team does rank 9th in net rating and over their L10 games they've jumped to 3rd in the NBA. The team's starting to hit their stride and it's lead to a much happier Book, despite a small dip in his individual numbers. He's averaging 25.3 points, 3.9 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game this year.

The reason I'm targeting the assists today is because of how this Spoelstra defense plays a guy like Booker, by taking the ball out of his hands. Booker's has 7+ assists in in 5 of his L6 games against the Heat and he's hit this line in 4 of his L5 games this year. Miami ranks 1st in pace this year and despite a top 10 defensive rating, this team still gives up a ton of scoring opportunities.

Miami also makes a point to get the ball out of the hands of their opponent's best player and it's lead to more assists opportunities. Shai had 8 assists against this Miami defense recently, Cade finished with 11 and even Andrew Nembhard recorded 9. Booker is the PG for this team and I'm expecting him to put it on full display tonight.

Donte DiVincenzo o26.5 PRA (-105) | Lucky Rebel

Donte DiVicenzo hits a 3.

Donte DiVincenzo is back in Milwaukee, the city he was first drafted to in the NBA, a city he played his first four years and won an NBA Championship. Now Donte's in his 8th year, he's a full time starter for the Minnesota Timberwolves and his team sits 4th in the Western Conference.

Tonight will be Divincenzo's second game back in in Milwaukee since joining the Timberwolves. He scored 24 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and dished out 2 assists in that game. That game came with Anthony Edwards in the lineup and Donte played 28 minutes off the bench.

He's started just one career game as a visitor at Fiserv Forum. He scored 26 points on 57.1% from the field and went 8/11 from beyond the arc. Big Donte guy tonight.
