The Minnesota Timberwolves return home down 2-0 to take on the Denver Nuggets in a massive Game 3 in the NBA Western Conference First Round Playoff series on ESPN tonight!
Nikola Jokic and the top seed Nuggets have a chance to turn the screw even tighter on the Wolves and will look to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series and set up a possible 4 game sweep.

It is all on the line tonight in Target Center as the Timberwolves come home to try and climb back into this series with the top dog Nuggets.
It has been a struggle the first two games, with the Nuggets winning big game 1 and handling their business by 9 points in game 2, 122-113.
Jamal Murray and Anthony Edwards stole the show in Game 2, with both stars dropping 40 points in a fantastic display of offensive talent.

The Wolves are going to need another big night from the young star Edwards if they want a chance to stay alive in this series.
Ant struggled in the play-in tournament and in Game 1 before exploding in Game 2 to remind the league that he is capable of dropping 30+ at any moment.
If he and Karl-Anthony Towns can both have big nights tonight, the Wolves can steal this game and climb back into this series and extend it past the first 4 games.
And I think they do just that.
The Nuggets have looked fantastic so far this series but in Game 2 near the end of the game, the Wolves started to find their footing, especailly Ant.
I like that momentum to carry over into tonight and the Wolves to cover the spread and possibly even win outright to stay alive and prevent the dreaded 3-0 hole.

This is a gut play for me.
KAT has been great on the glass, grabbing 10+ rebounds in 4 straight games so I love his rebounds as well.
But I think Towns balls out tonight, at home so I am going to go with the Points+ Rebounds.
He has struggled to score the first 2 games of the series, but back at home I think he comes out aggressive and hungry to dominate.
He has great success against the Nuggets prior to Game 1 and 2, dropping 24+ points in 3 of the last 5 games against Denver.
With alot of focus on Anthony Edwards after his big Game 2, I like KAT to take advantage and feast.
