Prediction

The Thunder are continuing to surprise in the West, as they have won 7 of their last 10 games and currently sit 9th in the conference, poised for a play-in spot come play off time.

Only 1 game separates the Thunder and the 6th place Warriors so it is all left to play for in the last 3 weeks of the season and it continues tonight in Los Angeles.

The Clippers also have it all to play for, as they are sitting 5th in the West and only 1.5 games behind the 4th place Suns.

On the other side, though, only 3 games separate the Clippers and the 11th place Lakers. The Clips can't afford to let their foot of the gas now, and I don't think they will.

Tonight, however, I love the Thunder to cover the spread in this matchup.

Both of these teams are 4-1 straight up and ATS in their last 5 games so something has to give here.

The Thunder won the first 2 matchups this season and I like them to continue that success tonight, maybe not winning but keeping this game close and covering the spread.
