The Pacers evened this series with a massive 121-89 victory in Game 4. Six Indiana players recorded a double-digit point total in the victory including Tyrese Haliburton, who scored a team-high 20 points while shooting 53.3% from the floor and 40.0% from deep.

Pacers vs Knicks Game 5 Predictions & NBA Picks Today (5/14)
The Knicks owned a 2-0 series after the last game they played at home. Fast forward about a week later and this series has become a best-of-3 situation now that the Pacers have evened things.
The first thing that the Knicks must do is rediscover their offense. They couldn't generate much in Indianapolis, averaging just 97.5 points on .402/.328/.717 splits. The good news for them, though, is that they scored at least 121 points in both Games 1 and 2, leaving time to tell if a return to Madison Square Garden helps.
On the flip side, it's up to the Pacers to prove that their postseason success isn't limited to the confines of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Although momentum is on Indiana's side, Rick Carlisle's team has lost five of the last six road games, picking up four of those losses by at least three possessions.
The Pacers' away struggles extend to Madison Square Garden where they lost seven of their nine previous visits. It's also worth noting that Indiana only has a 42.9% success rate as the road underdog this season whereas New York has an 80.0% winning percentage as the home favorite.
How will playing at Madison Square Garden impact the Pacers' ability to win a third consecutive game?
But even if the MSG crowd provides an advantage, the Knicks could be facing a somewhat uphill battle. Not only have Julius Randle (shoulder), Mitchell Robinson (ankle), and Bojan Bogdanovic (wrist/foot) already been ruled out for the series, but OG Anunoby won't play again tonight due to a hamstring injury.
Anunoby is, arguably, the Knicks' best defender and his absence will be felt. Since acquiring him from the Toronto Raptors earlier this season, New York is 20-3 SU (87.0%) when Anunoby plays compared to 9-13 SU (40.9%) in the last 22 games that he's missed.
As for the Pacers, Haliburton is their only injury designation as he's questionable with back spasms. Having said that, the ace point guard has been questionable throughout this series, meaning it's more likely than not that he will end up playing.

In what should be another exciting game, I'm taking the Pacers to pull off the upset. I know Indiana is already 0-2 at MSG in this series, but the injuries are piling up for New York, and Anunoby's injury will only make things tougher. I see the Pacers putting forth another strong team effort before leaving the Big Apple with the 3-2 series lead.
But regardless of who wins, the Over on the 217-point total is the way to go. It certainly helps that the Over is 11-4 in Indiana's last 15 games as well as 9-1 in New York's 10 previous home outings.
That's without mentioning how this series' games have averaged 229.0 PPG, finishing with at least 217 each time but once. In other words, there's a good possibility that we see more offense than what's projected tonight.

Best Pacers vs Knicks NBA Game 5 Prop Bet (5/14)
While there are a few solid options for a Pacers vs. Knicks Game 5 prop, I'm taking Myles Turner to record over 1.5 threes made (-136).
Turner is one of the NBA's best big men when it comes to stretching the floor and his latest stretch solidifies that fact. He's averaging 2.4 threes made on 44.4% shooting across his last 20 games, finishing with the Over on this prop 15 times — a 75.0% success rate. He's also made at least two three-pointers in three of the first four games to begin this series.
With the Over also being 7-3 in his last 10 road games, you really can't go wrong with this prop.
