No Durant but Maybe Kyrie?

The Brooklyn Nets are still without superstar Kevin Durant, as he recovers from a knee injury that will keep him out for the forseeable future.

Good news for Nets fans, though, as it is looking like Kyrie Irving will lace them up tonight and play.

This is great news for the Nets, as Irving has been playing great, with or without Durant.

Irving is averaging 25 points per game and has scored 24+ points in 5 of the last 7 for the Nets.

It hasn't quite translated to wins, though, as the Nets have lost 3 in a row and now sit 4th in the East at 27-16.

They will look to take advantage of a Suns team tonight in Phoenix who are dealing with their own injury woes.

No Booker and No CP3 could be Trouble

Devin Booker was already set to be out tonight but it just got confirmed that Chris Paul is going to miss this one as well.

That means the Suns will have to rely on DeAndre Ayton and company to yet again carry the team, and try to right the ship.

The Suns are 1-9 in their last 10 games and have lost 3 in a row as well.

They are currently 12th in the West and need to start picking up some wins now before their season truly gets away from them.

Tonight, can they grab a win at home or will the Nets come into the desert and handle their business?

The Suns are really having a tough time right now.

Add in the fact that Chris Paul is not going to be able to go yet again tonight and this is going to be a tough ask for the home team.

The Nets are on a bit of a skid as well but I expect Kyrie to have a big game tonight and do enough to lead the Nets to a win and cover the short spread.
