What's going on, everybody? Happy Tuesday. It's been a while since I've dished out a few NBA bets, as I've been on scene in San Francisco for the Super Bowl, but we're back in the saddle for tonight's slate of hoops.
Let's dig in with a few of my top NBA prop bets for Tuesday, February 10.

NBA Prop Bets for Tuesday, February 10 | Betting News

Kevin Durant Under 4.5 Assists (-130)
Tonight in Houston, the Rockets play host to the Los Angeles Clippers. The bet I'm targeting revolves around the limited facilitating impact from veteran and future Hall of Famer Kevin Durant.
Over his last three games, he's logged 4, 1 and 1 assists. Of course, that doesn't guarantee anything for this upcoming matchup, but it does create an opportunity in the betting market. The juice on his assists prop hasn't adjusted aggressively enough at some outlets, and that's where we should look to invest. He's averaging just 4.4 assists per game this season and will be facing a slowly improving Clippers defense. Over their last 15 games, the Clippers rank ninth in defensive rating. For the full season, they sit 10th in opponent assists allowed per contest (26.1).
Sure, this is a bit of a new-look Clippers team, but I'm still expecting some pride from them on that side of the ball. Durant will likely welcome the one-on-one challenge against fellow star Kawhi Leonard and look to make his usual impact in the scoring department this evening. But ultimately, this is a reasonable price to take the under on a stat line he doesn't consistently eclipse.
Collin Gillespie Over 3.5 Rebounds (-145)
Let's move a bit west, as we're taking a stab on 26-year-old Collin Gillespie to snag 4+ rebounds against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night.
Gillespie continues to see meaningful run, averaging 30.5 minutes over his last four games while grabbing four rebounds per game in that span, right in line with his season-long production.
So if he's only averaging a shade over 3.5 rebounds per game, why lay -145 on the over here? The matchup sets up well. Dallas ranks 28th in points per 100 possessions, while Phoenix sits seventh in defensive rating. That combination should lead to plenty of missed shot opportunities, naturally boosting rebound chances for someone like Gillespie.
On top of that, the Mavericks have been a below-average rebounding team overall, ranking 20th in rebound percentage this season.

Deandre Ayton Under 8.5 Rebounds (+100)
Our third NBA player prop for Tuesday's slate will feature another under on rebounds – this time with Lakers big man Deandre Ayton. I'm more than comfortable backing an even-money price for Ayton to stay under 8.5 boards tonight.
With the Spurs coming to town, this sets up as a difficult matchup for opposing centers. Ayton is likely to spend plenty of time matched up with Victor Wembanyama, and San Antonio ranks sixth in rebound percentage this season. Ayton is averaging 8.5 rebounds per game on the year, and this isn't the spot where we should expect him to outperform that baseline.
Best Bets:
- Kevin Durant Under 4.5 Assists (-130)
- Collin Gillespie Over 3.5 Rebounds (-145)
- Deandre Ayton Under 8.5 Rebounds (+100)
NBA Record: 110-92-1 (+6.45 units)
