Happy Thursday, everybody! It's a bittersweet one for NBA fans – we've still got a few games to enjoy tonight, but it's the final slate before the All-Star break. We're coming off a pair of wins on Tuesday night, which brings us to a record of 112-92-1, up +8.45 units.
Let's end the first half of the regular season on a high note, with a few of my favorite NBA bets for Thursday, February 12.

NBA Prop Bets for Thursday, February 12

Cason Wallace Over 7.5 Rebounds + Assists (+100)
All season, Oklahoma City guard Cason Wallace has logged steady minutes, averaging about 26.7 per game. He's flashed strong performances at times, but not always consistently – largely because of the star power around him that naturally limits his usage.
That's changed recently.
With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander sidelined over the past four games, Wallace has seen his role expand. He's averaged over 30 minutes per game in that span, bumped his rebounds from 3.0 to 3.8 per contest, and increased his potential assists from 5.0 to 8.5.
He'll get another opportunity to capitalize in a favorable matchup against a mediocre Milwaukee Bucks team. The Bucks rank 26th in rebounding percentage and 18th in opponent assists allowed per game, which sets up well for Wallace's expanded role. With this being the final game before the All-Star break, the Thunder are unlikely to push banged-up players like SGA, or even Jalen Williams, who exited last night's game early.
The stage is set for Wallace to head into the break on a high note and cash this low rebounds-and-assists number at an even-money price.
Bobby Portis Under 11.5 Points (-122)
Another player prop I'll be taking a stab at in this matchup centers on Bucks forward Bobby Portis, who draws a difficult assignment this evening.
Portis is taking nearly half of his shots (47%) from mid-range, which happens to be Oklahoma City's defensive strength. The Thunder rank first in opponent field-goal percentage allowed from that area.
Without Giannis Antetokounmpo, more defensive attention can shift toward Portis in the half court, further complicating his offensive outlook. He's also logging his fewest minutes per game since the 2020-21 season, and that workload could shrink even more if this game turns into a blowout.

Donovan Clingan Over 11.5 Rebounds (-146)
Through the month of February, Clingan has played in six games. In his first four, he logged 12, 15, 17 and 19 rebounds, respectively. He followed that up with seven and nine in his last two outings, bringing his February average to 13.2 boards per game. That comes on the heels of a strong January, when he averaged 12.5 rebounds per contest.
This matchup, in particular, sets up well for him to pile up more. There should be plenty of missed shots on both sides, with the Jazz ranking 24th in offensive points per 100 possessions and the Trail Blazers sitting 20th.
It's a bit of a chalky look, but it's worth the cost of admission since we're getting 11.5 instead of 12.5.

Daniel Gafford Under 8.5 Rebounds + Assists (-120)
Daniel Gafford and the Mavericks head to La La Land riding an 11-game losing streak, hoping to snap it against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Since the beginning of January, Gafford has averaged just 22.2 minutes per game. In his last two outings, he logged only 18 and 17 minutes, respectively.
Over that same stretch since January 1, he's produced roughly seven rebounds and one assist per game. Now he draws a Lakers team that, despite its flaws, has actually held up well on the glass, ranking 12th in rebounding percentage.
Los Angeles enters as a 7.5-point favorite and could easily push the tempo and head into the break on a high note. If this one gets out of hand, it could further limit the run for Dallas' starters – especially Gafford.
