Draymond Green Best Defenders in NBA History

Our NBA prop bets have been heating up lately, and with Tuesday's 11-game slate, there are plenty of opportunities to, hopefully, keep the winners rolling.

Let's dive into some of my favorite player prop bets for Tuesday, March 10.

For additional information on picks, props, moneylines, and more on today's slate, take a look at our NBA Picks Page or our NBA Odds Page.

NBA Player Prop Bets Today: Best Picks for Tuesday, March 10

Nic Claxton Under 6.5 Rebounds (-124)

Nic Claxton

Let's begin Tuesday night's NBA festivities by fading Brooklyn Nets big man Nic Claxton. I'll be sweating out his under 6.5 rebounds tonight as Claxton and the Nets host the Detroit Pistons.

Claxton has underperformed against the Pistons this season, averaging just 5.3 rebounds through three matchups. That's a noticeable decline from his overall season average of 7.2 boards per game.

Part of that is due to Detroit's prolific offense, which has limited missed shots and rebounding opportunities for Claxton. Additionally, the Pistons rank as the third-best rebounding team in the NBA this season.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. With this prop sitting at 6.5 and only -124 juice attached, I'm willing to stick with that mantra tonight.

Draymond Green Under 6.5 Assists (-115)

Draymond Green

Let's head West, where I've got a pair of props in tonight's matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Chicago Bulls.

I'm fading Draymond Green's assist production this evening and betting on him to stay under 6.5 dimes.

Green and the Warriors are on the second leg of a back-to-back after falling short in Utah, 119-116, last night. Green actually facilitated the ball extremely well in that game, delivering 11 assists. Let's sell high on that production.

The Warriors are a complete mess right now, with limited scoring options, and may be a bit weary. That could especially apply to a veteran like Green, who logged 32 minutes last night, 33 on Saturday and 35 in the game prior against the Rockets on Thursday.

The Bulls are just as much of a disaster, but they've shown slight improvement this month. Through four games in March, Chicago ranks first in defensive effective field goal percentage allowed and fourth in points per possession allowed.

Obviously it's a very small sample size, but hey – you've got to take whatever you can get with this Bulls team.

Either way, look for Green's assist number to come back down to earth tonight.

Isaac Okoro Under 10.5 Points (-125)

Let's also look to take advantage of a points prop that feels a bit too high for a player like Isaac Okoro.

Yes, the Warriors' efforts on both sides of the ball have started to slip, but Golden State still ranks eighth in shot attempts allowed at the rim and 10th in attempts allowed from three-point range. Those are the two areas where Okoro takes the majority of his shots.

Through this four-game stretch in March, Okoro has yet to eclipse nine points and is averaging just 6.5 per game. I'm not ready to buy into a surge in his offensive output.

LaMelo Ball Over 4.5 Rebounds (+100)

Get the latest Hornets vs Suns odds, preview and picks for Sunday's matchup in Phoenix, including best bets and analysis for tonight's game.

The Charlotte Hornets head to Portland to take on the Trail Blazers on Tuesday night. The Hornets, once a surging team, are now facing the possibility of losing three straight games.

LaMelo Ball and company are floating anywhere from 2.5-point to 3.5-point favorites, implying we should see a competitive game that keeps the starters on the floor for the majority of the night.

That should increase the likelihood of Ball grabbing over 4.5 rebounds in this contest. He's already averaging five boards per game and has cleared this prop in three of his last four outings.

The Blazers rank 22nd in both offensive points per possession and effective field goal percentage, and will be facing a much improved Hornets defense. Ball should log 30+ minutes and see plenty of missed shots given Charlotte's defensive advantage, which should create ample rebounding opportunities.
