LeBron James, Anthony Davis and the Los Angeles Lakers take on Kawhi Leonard, Russell Westbrook and the Los Angeles Clippers in a huge Western conference showdown in Crypto.com Arena tonight.

The Battle of LA is always a showcase, but this one is full of even more drama due to the fact that the Lakers and Clippers have the exact same record and are tied for 6th place in the West.
It is a literal dead lock and the winner tonight will take a massive step towards securing the 6th seed and even pushing for the 5th seed.
The Lakers are on fire right now, winners of 4 straight games and 7 of their last 10. They have stormed into the playoff picture and are looking like they could be catching fire at just the right time.
The Clippers on the other hand, have faltered, losing 2 straight games and are 5-5 over their last 10 games.
They are missing Paul George in the lineup right now and it shows, as they Clippers are now in jeopardy of sliding back into a play-in game.
Tonight's game will be massive for both teams to determine who most likely avoids the play-in game and pretty much punches their playoff ticket outright.
A lot will hinge on the status of LeBron James and Anthony Davis in this game, who are both considered game-time decisions.
I expect them both to play, given the magnitude of this game but be sure to stay up to day with their status closer to tip off.
In what will no doubt be a fist fight from the opening tip, give me the hot Lakers to get the job done and cover the spread, if LeBron and/or Davis plays.
They are on a back-to-back, after a big overtime win versus the Oklahoma City Thunder but I love them to keep the momentum going and get their 5th straight win.

I expect another big night from LeBron again tonight, as he always plays his best ball when it is all on the line. And this game is massive for the Lakers.
Given the ramifications of this game plus the success LeBron has against the Clips, it is hard not to take his point prop.
LeBron hit 30+ in both of the last games against the Clippers this season and I see another big night from the King once again.
